Ann Compton on Obama: He Launches 'Profanity-Laced' Tirades Against Press

No surprise here.

Obama has always gotten everything he wanted served to him on a silver platter throughout his whole life.

And now that Obama isn't getting what he wants, he ends up throwing a tantrum like a little two year old.

This is typical behavior for a spoiled brat.

The liberal press is starting to see Obama for what he really is and that is a narcissistic ruler who expects everyone to bow down to him.

It's about darn time the liberal media is waking up.

 

Obama is a narcissistic idiot. The man has no brains. He doesn't like his job and it shows. All he wants to do is advance his anti-American socialistic world view upon the rest of us. He is lazy and unwilling to do the hard work to come to the table with congress and fix problems. He just wants to wake up and have everyone adore him be cause he is Barack. This is what you get when you elect an empty-headed empty suit with no real experience.

 

I agree that Obama is a narcissist, but I disagree with your comment that he is an idiot and has no brains.

Obama is an intelligent guy, but his knowledge is all purly academic. Prior to his election, he had no practical experience at anything. Once he was elected, it's like drinking from a fire hose. He was so overwhelmed with the job that he couldn't develop beyond what he was. The Presidency of the United States is not the place for on the job training.

Now he's just acting out his ideological fantasies.

Obama was upset that the scandals his administration is producing were covered even the tiniest bit by the National News Media. They should have yelled right back at him if this was "off the record". What is the most telling aspect is that they took the berated he delivered like good little propagandists. Cowards and/or propagandists... all of them.

I agree w/part of what you say, except Obama isn't stupid - he knows exactly what he's doing and that's why we're in such a mess and getting worse...... this is exactly what he wanted to accomplish and so far he's succeeded.

He is narcissistic and those people are intelligent, cunning and diabolical.... w/a lot of 'charm'. It was his charm during the 08 campaign, coming across like a rock star that won him the election.

 

I couldn't agree more. At least Atkinson kept up her probing until she was dissed from CBS. I mean, the entire AP org was hacked, and they didn't make a peep. Nixon was impeached for far less than that. OH....but he was a republican.

I can understand that. Had she disclosed this while she was employed, she would have been shut-out and denied access. She would have lost her career. Late news is better than never.

There isn't any real "information" here.

We all know that Obama doesn't like the press much. That's no secret. Few politicians do.

Obama is far from being the only president (or politician) to issue profanity laced criticisms of the way they are covered by the press.

There are many famous examples.

Compton's assertion that he would have fewer problems with the press if he was more accesible, may be true, but it's not likely.

No one in politics trusts the press. It's one of the first lessons any elected official learns.

As for reporters. Most of them are the worst kind of coward. Their jobs aren't any different from anyone else's. They serve their editors and publishers.

I can guarantee you that no one stands up to Roger Ailes and remains on the payroll. It isn't much different anywhere else.

This is why I've always found the right wing hobby horse about reporters being liberals to be so silly. They may all be liberals, but their bosses are the business and political establishment.
