If a trans can't get into that bathroom, they're going to go into the bathroom they feel most comfortable in... end of story...

OMG, does that mean it's legal for a 14 year old to have sex with an 17 year old in Arkansas ?

Thank god Sanders is focusing on the hundreds , perhaps thousands of incidents in high school bathrooms not covered by the statutory rape law.

One reason to not have transgender only bathrooms is that it helps prevent trans kids from being identified and targeted for harassment.
