Read the article in the OP and find out:

So, if you are a young dude pretending to be a chick, you can use the boys bathroom or the 'single-person bathrooms' that the law requires schools to provide. You won't be allowed to carry your Johnson into the girls bathroom.

Don't know exactly what the law says but I'm not against separate tranny restrooms as long as the sexes aren't using the opposite sex bathrooms and schools are not forced to spend money to make new restrooms to accommodate a new class of its.

That’s what’s so terrifying about evangelicals, they have no desire to improve the world because they think some sky kingdom exists.

Religion is a plague upon the earth

I cannot disagree. I read Alan Watts' piece in Playboy back in the 70s, "The Most Dangerous Book in The World".

I would add only organized religion...

At the same time, one must acknowledge that for many individuals in many cases, religion has accomplished good things. Whether the good things outweigh the bad things is the question.

Do you think rapists are very concerned about bathroom rules?

When he raped that girl, he wasn’t allowed in the girls bathroom. Seems like rapists don’t care about bathroom rules.

No **** Sherlock. What transpired in Virginia was that the school administration showed it didn't care about decency or the law either. The rapist was not prosecuted and the school board attempted to sweep it under the rug.

I think governments have a duty to enforce the law regardless of what criminals think. When they don't we get anarchy.

    He’s since been prosecuted.
But it seems rapists don’t care about bathroom laws, so why bother? Isn’t that the gun law logic?

That logic never seems to apply to gun laws
