Excellent submission MrConservative. The truth is right there in the verse. That "secret closet". See my signature line, it speaks the same thing, from a secular point of view.

 

That's how I took it... not to make a spectacle of glorifying yourself... Why would you assume otherwise?

Sure who needs freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or the right to assemble peacefully?

 

I'm sure there are already laws on the books against blocking streets so this law was unnecessary.

 

I would prayer in the streets, and I'm not even a theist. Civil disobedience is required in such cases.
