I never heard of this guy until recently, I saw the headlines in the NY Post and wondered why is this guy in the news. I have no idea if he is innocent or guilty, or what proof they have against him. If he’s guilty then do to him what they do to all rapists.

Hey I’m just surprised. Every day another righty here tells me none of the republicans who get convicted are actually guilty. I agree he’s not proven guilty unless he’s convicted. But the public can still form their own opinion and people can choose if it’s credible enough they don’t want to do business with them. Bud light broke no laws, but people still made choices and it had consequences.

 

Who's talking about impeaching Biden? An inquiry is not an impeachment, it's an investigation.

 

I was responding to a suggestion that the BBC shouldn’t take any action until Brand is convicted.

Bud Light was associated with someone who wasn’t doing anything illegal. Never convicted of a crime. But their brand suffered.

So it is perfectly legitimate for the BBC to disassociate itself from Russel Brand before he is convicted.

What’s wrong with what the BBC is doing?

 

The BBC conducted their own internal investigation. They obviously found enough evidence to satisfy themselves they should take action. The two actions they took were to remove his content and refer the matter to police.
