Is there pornography in those two books that violate the law?

I seriously doubt it, and same is true with many other books which have been censured by the State. Failing to ban a book which meets the banning guidelines comes with serious consequences, so they ban books on "just in case" bases.

Books that have been banned from school libraries do have pornography, so this is is simply a traditional book banning; hatred for the book and the author.

Not all have porn. The approach is to “err on the side of caution” because the reviewers are trying to cover their rears in case they miss something. Some books like “To Kill a Mockingbird" have been returned when people complained.

Dictionaries and encyclopedias and such. The language in the bill is so vague that anything can be called "porn".

This is all from one school district within Florida. Since the rest of the state hasnt banned dictionaries, I suspect this particular ban likely has more to do with this school district than it does with the Florida law.

Soooo a book on slavery can be banned because it makes a some kids uncomfortable but a book entitled “Killing Jesus” won’t make Christian kids uncomfortable?

No but given his history as a complete science illiterate TWONK I personally would ban the books on the grounds that that degree of ignorance might be catching

so he approves of the censorship of others books that violate this law, just not his own

Useful equations are written (for example Newton's law of gravitation) which describe how gravity works and allows for example for calculations to be done to for example put satellites into orbit but no one actually knows why gravity works. O'Reilly is obviously not a scientist but does understand how gravity works (do you know that there are high tides on both sides of the earth with respect to the position of the moon) and correctly states that no one understands why the force of gravity exists.

Oh! And it is a wee bit more complicated than you are suggesting here

That's exactly what he said. The atheist scientist can write useful equations to describe the actions caused by gravity but cannot explain why the force of gravity exists. No body can.

I am not suggesting anything other than that no one understands why the force of gravity exists.

But we do understood HOW it works and have done ever since Newton. We know it is a function of mass and Einstein described the force in his general theory of relativity

Here is a link to the full video in which the atheist physicist states that he can't explain why the force of gravity exists. He correctly states that the "why" doesn't matter. This entire discussion is about atheism not physics. It is not a discussion of science.

That's exactly what I have stated. We can write useful equations to predict how the force of gravity interacts with matter but no one understands why the force of gravity exists. Newton wrote the universal law of gravity which is of course very useful but did not understand why the force of gravity exists.

Einstein explained it in the theory of relativity and the equations explained the perturbations in mercury’s orbit
