What, by law? Surely you can't be serious.

Is speech the only way of expressing?

I didn't say by law, or not by law. I said if a customer isn't guilty of anything that precludes him buying your product, you sell them the product. Obviously. If you start a company producing and selling X you have essentially entered into a contract with the public to provide that product to whoever wants it provided the sale is legal. You don't just say I don't like this person's religion, for example, therefore I'm not selling them X.

    Surely you can't be serious.

Did I mention anything about a contract?

Right. So you admit that I don't have a right to your services and you don't have a right to my services?

I admit nothing of the kind. What I admit is that you're probably not cut out to run a business.

What law of what country gives this right? And why am I not cut out to run a business?

Look, I never said whether it was legal, or illegal, not to sell to a customer. I said if the customer can buy your product, sell it to them, that's the way good businesses work.

BTW, do you have a point?

Wow - I thought I addressed that for you.

According to our SC, speech includes multiple forms of communication. It is NOT limited to writing and the spoken word.

Well, it shouldn't have to be mentioned.

When you open a business that admits the public at will you are taking action that comes under public accommodation law.

Tax rates are divided into brackets.

Okay, but do you actually know whether it is legal or illegal in your country? Given your 73 years of living, I would be stunned to high heaven if you didn't know one way or the other!

And I agree. I didn't say that denying service to certain people is GOOD business did I? So how the hell could you have made the outrageous assertion that I'm "probably not cut out to run a business?" In fact, you know nothing about me. Being a libertarian doesn't stop someone from being a good business person!

I think the real question is, do you? I would be only slightly stunned though if you didn't know after running your mouth off about it for days on end.

Sure, but this doesn't mean that you have a right to my services and I have a right to your services, which is what I was saying to the member.

Okay, so then how is it relevant that, "speech happens when there is someone listening or watching?"

?? Tax brackets are how tax percent is assigned.

    Don't you pay taxes?

If you open a public accommodation business, those who walk in your door have rights to service as per public accommodation law.

YES! Again, this DOES NOT mean that you have a RIGHT to my services and I have a RIGHT to your services! It just means that public accommodation business owners cannot discriminate on certain grounds!

My point is that the amount of tax that you pay would increase wouldn't it?
