While I have no problem with you questioning the lead singers' Christianity since he did in fact change his theology after getting a divinity degree, to say they were never a Christian Heavy Metal band is a complete lie. but I understand you attempting to distance yourself. I mean when any Muslim commits a crime you indict all of Islam this is a problem for you.

But I'm speaking of people that have heard, like yourself, and are living a life without God. Killing you would take away any chance you have of repenting later in life. You may NEVER repent, or be born again, but for me to take away that opportunity is a very large burden I don't want on my shoulders.

I respect life because, similar to you, you only have a short time on Earth to live. Andeven though I believe in an afterlife, when your time is up here, there is no redo on decisions that leads you to your end point.
