    Hmmm...

Sounds like you need a little education and better skills at reading comprehension.
Good citizenship is also a prime objective of Public Education.

Understand the concept of Religion as one of the seven foundational Institutions that form our society ought be taught and examined.
The Public forgets that the RCC charities was present at Kitrina and in Haiti long before the other socil institutions reacted, and the hospitals and other public services that churches contribute to society should be at least mentioned as integral parts of our society's framework.

But more important, the contraversy better religion and secular groups has had a divide which has had social repercussions on important legislation. The schools have been remiss in avoiding the whole issue of the Religious Institution which can not be justified.

Where is there a better place for the religious kids to meet those pagans and secular atheists than on Genesis?

Why would Socrates be banned from school? His character isn't a part of any religion, he isn't worshipped, and if he existed or not makes no difference to the stories he was in nor to anybody reading the stories.

    Yeah,...
People forget that paganism preached sexual promiscuity and fun as the meaning of life, and the pidied piper is the music industry has kids with earphones on during class, in the halls, and to and from school, beating out what everyone would say is exactly the opposite teaching of the church.

We know that Neanderthal buried the dead, and they included in the grave personal belonging and artifacts which the paleontologists see as evidence they believed in a Hereafter.
It was this intial reasoning that paleontologists designated Neanderthals as human.

Then, 100 years later, we discover we have Neanderthal genes in us, indicating that we inbreed withthem, and that the Bible reported it, too:

Gen. 6:4 There were giants, (Homo Erectus of Methusaelian and Methuselahian kinds according to the bible), in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God, (that line of ascent which would not become extinct, Methuselahian links, through Seth, i.e.; Modern Homo Erectus), came in unto the daughters, (the sister species of Tubal-cain, Naamahians, a late stage Neanderthal type), of men, ("daughters" of the previous adaptation of the Methusaelian line of Cain, i.e.; Homo antecessor, derived through the line of Cain), and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men, (Neanderthals), which were of old, (powerful) men of renown (physical strength).

    True.
There is no evidence of a flood of water reaching as high as the 5 miles high mountains on this planet.

Thois is a clue that the Flood story was about the "flood" of modern man, out-of-Africa, 40 thousand years of days and nights ago.
It coincided with the mass extinction of Neanderthals and all other humanoids except us "Noahians."

Then those paleontologists were there to witness the burial and to question why the personal items were placed in the grave? Are you sure that the burial site was not merely the camp-site where the persons and their personal property were buried by a mudslide? We are talking about a period of time that is at least more than 2 weeks ago, and there is no recorded (documented by the Neanderthals) history of what they were doing. I see your suggestion as merely a 'belief' that the paleontologists might hold as a means of justifying their pay. I see them as having presented nothing more than an opinion of what might have happened.

Where does the Bible mention Neanderthals? As for the corresponding genes... so what... if the scientists have designated the Neanderthals as human, then so be it.... and along with that so be it, would be the "OK"... so what?

WOW! What version of the Bible are you using? Mine reads like this at the same passage:
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare [children] to them, the same [became] mighty men which [were] of old, men of renown. "

Were all those extra special purpose words included in the original inscriptions?

Still touting that image with the demonstrably incorrect measurements? I guess getting your propaganda across is more important than, you know, actual FACTS or such.

Let's start with the premise that "Sons of God" does actually mean "neanderthal."

Here is a logical syllogism for you:

1)The bible says that the SONS (males) OF GOD CAME UNTO THE DAUGHTERS (females) OF MEN"
    2) Noah is the direct descendent of Seth.

Conclusion A : Noah did not carry "Neanderthal" genes.

1)All modern humans living outside of Africa carry the genes of Neanderthals.
    2) All modern humans, according to the bible, are direct descendants of Noah.

Conclusion B: Noah carried "Neanderthal" genes.

Yeah, at least one of these premises are incorrect or the opinion that the Sond of God are Neanderthal is incorrect. You can't have these contradictory conclusions.

So you are suggesting that a man and woman separated by at least 110,000 years were married and had children? That's some stretch.

well if you're getting your info from paleontologists that's quite interesting considering they don't study hominids, paleontology is primarily concerned with fossils, usually dinosaurs ...now if you ask an archeologists about neanderthals they'll tell you there is no definitive evidence of deliberate burial or grave goods...my daughter is an archeologist

in the religious sect of paleontologists they do study hominids as well since many of our their fossils are discovered still sitting on their dinosaurs saddle riding them.

"The two Biblical stories are not among those though. Here are the two ordeer of events as described in the Bible"

I agree, some creation stories that went into much detail like those in the bible are not compatible

If you truly believe what you have stated at the highlighted text, then it would be beneficial for non-believers to launch a global campaign to teach all religions in school as opposed to attempts to ban such teachings. I would absolutely love to see such a campaign being expedited. Should you decide to start such a campaign, I would be more than happy to give you as much assistance as I possibly can.

There is evidence in the Shanidar Cave that neanderthals did engage in burials of their dead that might have included ritural burial rites. While not conclusive related to rituals related to the burial this site does provide ample evidence and it is a grave site regardless of whether there were rituals related to the actual burial. The bodies of the deceased were unquestionably placed there and did not come to be their by accident. Numerous other neanderthal grave sites have been found in Europe as well where the bodies were unquestionably placed there as opposed to the individual simply dying and being left there by their comrades.

Once again there are literally hundreds of stories of "creation" propagated by religions over the history of mankind from the early Mesopotamians, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Nordic tribes, Chinese, Japanese, Pacific Islanders, Native Americans and more. Vitrually everywhere we look in human history there are stories of creation and all of these represent developments in human thought over time. Each and every one of them is worthy of scholastic discussion in a classroom and none has any more or less validity than any other from an educational perspective.

A classroom should not be used for nefarious purposes such as brainwashing of the student so if we want to address "creationism" then we must do so without any nefarious purpose. We cannot teach one belief in creationism and censor other beliefs in creationism. We can also state uncategorically that knowledge is not harmful but ignorance is so let's teach all of the major beliefs in creationism that have been documented throughout history. Teach all of the different beliefs in creationism and let the student draw their own conclusions.

I have no objections to including it in history, but object to teaching it as if it were a science backed fact.

IMO...faith and science are like oil and water.
