Culture of Shootings , "Thoughts and Prayers" But No Solutions

If people are sincere about reducing the day to day gun violence and homicide rates that occur...then there is only one place to start...and that is the impoverished majority minority communities where those incidents occur. There has to be an entire change in culture.

 

thenperhaps the anti gun leftists should stop conflating the 'mass shootings'. Whenever you hear people calim that there are "daily mass shootings"...where do you think those are occurring? Who do you think is committing them?

IF however you want to address what the FBI recognizes as 'mass killings...homicides where 4 or more people are killed in a single continuous incident...then lets be honest about that. There have been 142 total mass shootings going back to 1982...41 years. there have been 33 school shootings in 41 years. The shootings are actually committed by more minority shooters than white shooters...by percentage of population. And if you are TRULY sincere...then you have to study each incident to learn what solutions we should be applying.

"Ban guns!" is not the answer...its a non-starter. Ban assault rifles is again...not the answer. So...

are we serious or not?

 

Yes. I’ve given up trying to explain the difference between select fire and semi auto only. I probably shouldn’t give up but frankly we aren’t dealing with intelligent logical folks for the most part. It’s hard to relate to such lack of knowledge. Then when it’s clear it’s primarily willful ignorance one moves on simpler points of disinformation they may have the cognitive ability or willingness to comprehend.

Probably not because that doesn't have quite the same emotional appeal because people tend to not really care when violent criminals shoot each other.

If you believe that as your standard then you MUST accept the FACT that the VAST majority of those 140 mass shootings involve bangers and illegal drugs in poverty stricken shitholes that democrats created. they have NOTHING to do with ARs or background checks, or the 170 million law abiding gun owners.

Maybe bring some of your like minded anti-gun friends. And make sure you start in the gang infected neighborhoods where people ARE in fact dying daily.
