So the lefties want me to show more recent history of racial discrimination by the left against Blacks and minorities? Okay here it is:

Clarence Thomas
Two republicans? Oh, yeah, RINO Bob Packwood, supporter of womens right to abortion, alcoholic, and long history of sexual harrassment from the liberal state of Oregon; and also Jim Jeffords, aka Jumping Jim Jeffords, who later became, you guessed it, a DEMOCRAT!

Condi Rice
[IMG]
Harry Reid
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid ... President Obama back in 2008, saying that he was a black candidate who could be successful thanks in part to his “light-skinned” appearance and "no Negro dialect" unless he chose to use one.
"I deeply regret using such a poor choice of words. I sincerely apologize for offending any and all Americans, especially African-Americans for my improper comments," Reid said
Bill Clinton
The Atlantic posted excerpts from the book that included a comment Bill Clinton made about Obama to then Sen. Ted Kennedy saying, "A few years ago this guy would have been getting us coffee."

The complete list of the 21 Democrats who opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 includes Senators:

- Hill and Sparkman of Alabama
- Fulbright and McClellan of Arkansas
- Holland and Smathers of Florida
- Russell and Talmadge of Georgia
- Ellender and Long of Louisiana
- Eastland and Stennis of Mississippi
- Ervin and Jordan of North Carolina
- Johnston and Thurmond of South Carolina
- Gore Sr. and Walters of Tennessee
- H. Byrd and Robertson of Virginia
- R. Byrd of West Virginia

Outside of Congress, the three most notorious opponents of school integration were all Democrats:
- Orval Faubus, Democrat Governor of Arkansas and one of Bill Clinton's political heroes
- George Wallace, Democrat Governor of Alabama
- Lester Maddox, Democrat Governor of Georgia

The most famous of the school desegregation standoffs involved Governor Faubus. Democrat Faubus used police and state forces to block the integration of a high school in Little Rock, Arkansas. The standoff was settled and the school was integrated only after the intervention of Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Consider the Democrat Party of today's heroes and leaders:
- Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Democrat icon and orchestrator of Japanese Internment
- Ex-House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt, former affiliate of a St. Louis area racist group
- Ex-Senate President Pro Tempore Robert Byrd, former Ku Klux Klansman known for making bigoted slurs on national television
- Rev. Jesse Jackson, Democrat keynote speaker and race hustler known for making anti-Semitic slurs
- Rev. Al Sharpten, Democrat activist and perennial candidate and race hustler known inciting anti-Semitic violence in New York City
- Sen. Ernest Hollings, leading Democrat Senator known for use of racial slurs against several minority groups
- Lee P. Brown, former Clinton cabinet official and Democrat mayor of Houston who won reelection using racial intimidation against Hispanic voters
- Andrew Cuomo, former Clinton cabinet official and Democrat candidate for NY Governor who made racist statements about a black opponent.
- Dan Rather, Democrat CBS news anchor and editorialist known for using anti-black racial epithets on a national radio broadcast
- Donna Brazile
former Gore campaign manager known for making anti-white racial attacks. Brazile once said of Black Supreme Courts Justice, "Brazile has also worked for Jackson, Gephardt, and Michael Dukakis
"Republicans bring out Colin Powell and J.C. Watts because they have no program, no policy. They have no love and no joy. They'd rather take pictures with black children than feed them." -- Donna Brazile, Al Gore's Campaign Manager for the 2000 election.
Syndicated columnist Julianne Malveaux said she hoped Thomas’s [White] “wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease.”

There have always been certain 'racist' Whites in power, in America. The fact is that their 'racism' is detectable.

It doesn't matter what "label" they operate under in this era or others... one need only examine their rhetoric and policies to find them.

For whatever the myriad reasons over many decades, it is clear that most of the White racists in government, (now) reside within parties and movements on the "Right".

Even as an African American, I was once a social Conservative; but over time I saw that the racism and overall extremism were... evils I had to separate myself from.

I'm sure there are a number of 'racists' wearing various labels; but the key to understanding why African Americans, other minorities, working middle class and the poor aren't flocking to the Republican Party, lies in examining the meaning of right-wing rhetoric and the likely effects of policy they promote. (Who will certain laws affect and how?)

Most racists (anti-Black) reside on the Republican side of the fence (for now)... it really doesn't matter (so much) WHERE those racists are, but it matters immensely to the well-being of many Americans that they be "detected" (wherever they are)... and thankfully that isn't perfectly hard to do. Simply note the rhetoric and the POLICIES they promote. It isn't difficult to detect racism, if one zooms-out and observes what lies before them.

Labels don't matter nearly as much as what the PERSON promotes in this world as a human being.

I know many Liberals and Conservatives who aren't racists. But when it comes to POLICIES which negatively affect minorities, middle class and poor Americans... today's "Right" contains the greatest number of people who would promote the same.

Look at what most on the Right are actually DOING to people, and it isn't difficult to get an accurate picture of who they are.

Seems I have presented many facts to the contrary, whereas you have presented none to demonstrate your assertions.

You have posted "facts" perhaps... but your conclusions essentially suck. I'm not here to educate you, but I can ask you to go test your own views on others who will put up with you. You've related far too much BS, to not be annoying.
