The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.

That is not an honest response. I have already addressed that, numerous times. There are approximately 7500 people who die every day in the US, which would multiply out to over 2 million deaths in the time frame of the VAERS report of deaths. Assuming that 70% of these deaths were from vaccinated people, that would total out to over one million vaccinated people who died during the VAERS time frame. The 8300 number is not just the number of vaccinated people who just happened to die during that time line (which was over one million). The 8300 number is the number of those who died mysteriously shortly after being vaccinated and the cdc refuses to investigate as to why this particular group died. If you want me to shut up then the cdc needs to explain to us why these 8300 people died. They are purposely hiding the truth from us.

I've voted for a couple of R gov's and Senators.
I have gone straight D party ticket since the 2X impeached over threw the R party.

Mostly at the pres level it's been Ron Paul, Gary Johnson, Ralph Nader, Ross Perot. I've voted D pres 2X. No R for president. Wanted John McCain until he picked Palin.

 

There's no law to back up getting vax or tested.
But companies are free to set their own standards. No matter how many links you provide.
The fed gov't can't force pvt industry, unless they contract for the fed gov't, to get vax or tested. At this point in time. And likely for a very very long time.

 

A plan is NOT a law. There's no fed gov't forced vax to private companies or individuals. Unless they work for fed govt or contract with them.
That's the only jurisdiction they have.

There are thousands of private companies that do business with the Federal Government and they are also effected by these mandates. As badly as it is claimed we need our medical responders there have been nurses fired for refusing the shot. The Feds aren't some innocent body minding their own business, this is their campaign and they are applying whatever pressures they have at their disposal. However we may personally see the issue it is definitely causing people to lose their jobs to refuse the shots. It would be nice if politics weren't so inextricably woven into the fabric of this issue but political it is and always will be.

 

Biden's EO mandate is not law yet, that is correct. That hasn't stopped some businesses (not government contractors) from acting on the not-law-yet mandate, making it their mandate. People are losing jobs over it. How could people see this as a good thing, or not see it as coercion?

IMO, it won't become a law, as it will face lawsuits and injunctions from multiple states, groups, and throw a few individuals in for flavor.

 

It's a campaign for sure. But unless one works for the fed govt or contracts with them, they can't do much else to the rest of the country. I've said that many times already.

If your company is dependent on government contracts you will most likely stay within their guidelines and you will have that EO waving overhead at all your customers places of business.

Business aren't acting because of some law that may take place, likely it will NOT take place as the fed gov't can't mandate people to get vax. There was no fed mask mandate either. State level mandates but no fed level.

People are losing their jobs. Employers have always had the right set policy and fire those who don't follow policy.

I don't see it as a good thing. But I can see employers like healthcare requiring it because they are dealing with the public and often a sick public.
It not only protects their employees but also the patients.


But the poster I responded to pointed to the plan that isn't in effect and likely won't be put into effect. It will certainly be challenged in court.
As of now, the fed gov't can't do anything more than a strong recommendation. If you want to call it coercion, so be it. I don't.

 

That's ridiculous. A private business can't act fascist, but certainly on a small scale like that it isn't fascism. If one wants protection as employees, they can form a union for protection. That's what the purpose of a union was all about. But the RW side dismantled as many unions as they could and now cry employees are being hurt by company policies. Thats f'n rich.

Yep, and the fed gov't has that right.
Just like any company who wants to use contractors. Those contractors abide by the companies policies or they don't get the contract.

 

No matter how you slice it, the end result is the same, it is forced vaccination.
Biden just have chosen to use different tool to force his dictatorial policies.
Any company is in the business of making money, almost any company one way or another connects to the government.

 

It is exactly what is currently going on.
