    Are you suggesting that his talking about Regeneron is a sign of poor leadership?

    I agree that he probably shouldn't be talking about Regeneron in the first place, but it's not a sign of poor leadership. It could be a sign of financial interest, which would be improper, but it's not a sign of poor leadership.
