Do you consider the people that died in 911 heroes?

It's their right to blame anyone they want, and it's my right to judge the way they try to take advantage of others sympathy by exploiting tragedy. Just because their husbands died in one of the greatest terrorist attacks in history does not mean that they get saint hood. There were a lot of families that were affected by 9/11 and it shouldn't be surprising that there is a small percentage of people with sociopath tendencies that have no problem with finding a way to make use of this tragedy.

 

the ones in the plane in pennsylvania probably were because they stopped the plane from crashing into the white house.

for the others no people are victims everyday and are not called heroes

 

I would call the office workers victims. I would call the fire fighters who died heroes.

 

Whores choose to be whores. Victims don't get that choice. When you have a ton of victims, you'll get a wide mix of reactions. The people who exploit victims to advance there politics are the real whores.

Well if the government stopped calling soldiers heroes and glamorizing it a bit, american citizens would no longer sign up.
In my opinion every soldier that fights in a war should be given a plot of land. A literal and figurative piece of the country that they fought for. It won't happen though because in the end, most politicians don't really give an F for veterans and the military anymore. They just want stuff killed or blown up so that they can grease the palms of their executive buddies.

It used to be a sign of honor for the sons of elected officials to serve in the military. Where is it now? How come there are literally no sons/daughters of our government fighting in these wars (or hardly any)

Everyone who went into those buildings to pull someone out is a hero.
