    If, at any point in time, CNN loses this proposed lawsuit with Trump, I'll donate $100 to the charity of your choice. No time limit. So long as . . .

    If Trump loses in court or fails to actually file this lawsuit by this time next year, you donate $5 to the charity of my choice. Hell, I'll even offer you both your choice of a list of charities and you can pick.

    Has he called prominent people Hitler, a mass murderer, rapist, ect? The worst he’s done is call other famous people variations of dumb idiots. Not even comparable to vitriol directed at him.

    Suing CNN is stupid at this point. Worst thing to happen to CNN was Trump losing the election:)

    Hell, I'll be even more generous. If they ultimately win the wager (which, mods, please note, is purely for charity and does not personally benefit anyone here in any way), after appeals are exhausted, they can permanently choose my signature and my avatar, and I'll publicly apologize, on top of donating $100 to the charity of their choice, no restrictions.

    All they have to do is, if they lose, publicly apologize and agree to donate $5 to a charity out of a list of 10 I provide. That's it.

    As of late February, Trump had filed 42 separate lawsuits since Election Day 2020 and lost them all. In December of last year, he did win a case in which Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers had asked a court to make the former president pay for the state’s legal fees in mounting a defense against Trump’s unsuccessful election lawsuit there.

    Well, when you lie continuously they deserve it. It’s not like Trump started it. They only became the enemy when they pushed false narratives and the Russia hoax.

    Well Trump certainly knows about continuously lying. But at least acknowledge that Trump doesn't just throw schoolyard insults around. "Enemy of the people" is a very serious charge.
