    Donald Trump is responding to new criminal charges being pursued in the Special Counsel investigation into the classified documents case….


    ..,On Tuesday night, Trump fired back at ABC News about the report, as well as the fresh charges being pursued by the Special Counsel’s office.

    “Shame on Fake News ABC for broadcasting ILLEGALLY LEAKED false allegations from a Never Trump, now former chief judge, against the Trump legal team. This disinformation is on par with their breathless Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine and ‘no-collusion’ Mueller speculation, all of which were totally disproven. These leaks are happening because there is no factual or legal basis or substance to any case against President Trump. The deranged Democrats and their comrades in the mainstream media are corrupting the legal process and weaponizing the justice system in order to manipulate public opinion, because they are clearly losing the political battle. ‘The real story here, that Fake News ABC SHOULD be reporting on, is that prosecutors only attack lawyers when they have no case whatsoever.’ President Trump is the only leader fighting for the Constitution in order to protect the American people from being abused by a crooked system.”

    The news comes as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is poised to arrange a grand jury indictment and arrest of former President Donald Trump. New York City has mobilized hundreds of police officers equipped in riot gear, but thus far protests on Donald Trump’s behalf have remained civil and peaceful….

    Everything that happens to Trump is the result of poor choices on Trump's part. Trump didn't have to take the boxes of classified documents. Trump didn't
    have to pay off Stormy Daniels. Trump didn't have to hire crap lawyers and employees like all those who have turned against him. Trump has created his

    Here's my favorite part of this story.... These are the actual deadlines for the 2 legal teams to respond to Howell's ruling

    The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals stayed Howell’s order temporarily on Tuesday night, ordering an extraordinarily rapid series of filings in a matter of hours — including one from Trump’s team by midnight Tuesday.

    The appeals court’s order — from Judges Cornelia Pillard, J. Michelle Childs and Florence Pan, all Democratic appointees — doesn’t identify Corcoran or the case at issue but makes clear that the government was on the winning side of the case in Howell’s court.

    The three-judge panel is asking Trump’s attorneys to specify the precise set of documents at issue by midnight and for Smith’s team to respond by 6 a.m. Wednesday to the Trump team’s demand for a longer stay of Howell’s ruling.
