My bias told me from the get-go that this was probably nonsense. This kind of lying in order to obtain victimhood status is what lefties do, and they're not very good at hiding the fact that it's just a bunch of baloney. Hell, they don't even care if people find out that their story is a lie because they know that no matter what, there will be a bunch of lefties willing to cover for them.
