A Utah man who is accused of attacking a Latino man and his son with a metal pole last year after announcing his desire to “kill Mexicans” was charged with federal hate crimes on Thursday, a move celebrated by local officials who criticized the state’s hate crime law as ineffective.

 

Right. You are not alone. A rush to judgement that you all support.

Obviously.

 

They didn't falsify the police report. Smollett did.

 

They were involved in a conspiracy. They conspired to create a false hate crime.

 

No. The hoax is much worse, especially those which feed into a narrative of hate against a large segment of the population.

 

And they turned state's evidence to convict the "mastermind." Such things happen all the time.

 

It might be helpful to think of lefties as a heroin addict with a hundred dollars in their pocket and really needing a fix.

It might be a rush to judgement to think that they're planning to buy some heroin, but the odds are in my favor.

 

I know that. However, the reports would almost indicate that they were wrongly identified. Just my impression.

 

I wouldn't hold them responsible. They didn't intend to falsify anything they were up front when discovered and questioned. Lesser charges perhaps.

Remember the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings? Lefties were crawling over each other like walmart shoppers during black friday to convict him of all sorts of disgusting things. The Covington kids incident had lefties foaming at the mouth demanding that a 16 year old kid have his life ruined forever, the Russian conspiracy that never had any basis in fact or evidence is now falling apart while you guys wander around wondering how you guys got everything so wrong.

Time after time after time after time, lefties fall for stupid, while conservatives try like hell to explain simple concepts that they just don't quite get.

There's a reason for this monumental history of failure. Your job, if you choose to accept it,is to figure out why lefties are constantly wrong. If it was me, I'd start trying to figure out why this guy can't quite get his shirt on...

Just a little lesson on people for someone who obviously does not understand the concept. There are rarely "you people". Once you start trying to fit them into convenient little niches, you will most often come to the wrong conclusion about them. And that is the end of this useless discussion.

Um . . . this is a hate crime. Racist Smollett set-up some innocent Whites to go down for a crime that they did not commit. If the Chicago cops had marched forth a couple of down on their luck White street people Smollett would have fingered them for the attack. H-a-t-e C-r-i-m-e.
