Considering the methods of how countries get screwed over royally for their natural resources. The corporations/US government has been taking everyone on a ride. There are technologies that have been discovered and suppressed, patents bought and buried (figuratively) only to be used if and when these corporate giants say they are ready to release the suppressed tech until they can come up with a means to put a meter on it.

Some of your posts are bordering on the eccentric theatrical, Jeannette, but this is bang on.

    Well said.

Vladimir Putin thought the EU wouldn't be so stupid as to hurt itself, but he realized that they were with the first sanctions. What he did was use the opportunity of the sanctions to benefit Russia by embargoing all goods from the EU. This way he could build up Russia's industries and agriculture. It cost the EU nations billions, but I guess they felt they gave it to Putin.

Anyway, how can anyone diversify, when the alternative will cost them two or three times as much? The point is not to provoke and make enemies of others under the belief that they need you when they don't.

The Democrats made sure Trump couldn't deliver results by destroying his administration with the impeachment trials over the fake dossier. But that's how criminals work.

    Lest we forget:

for simple reasoning proves me wrong.
    So shouldn't I be where I belong?

I know someone who works for Exxon Mobil, and they said that the rise in fuel prices has nothing to do with Russia and the sanctions, and everything to do with the policies of the Biden administration. Why in the world he's destroying our gas and oil industry is beyond me. Could it be for the World Economic Forums Great Reset?

    Actually it was the very height of veracity. You faulted Trump because Free Nations did not heed his warnings. That's on them. His job was to inform them of the great risk they were taking by being excessively reliant on Vladimir Putin for critical energy supplies. Free Nations have free will and with that free will, the ability to refuse to listen to the very wise counsel that Trump shared with them. He told them firmly;

    And he told her gently:

His duty as a friend of Europe and Germany was to warn them, he is not responsible for what they do with that warning. That is part of the responsibility of being free, a Free People accepts responsibility for their choices, both the good ones and the bad ones. Europe and Germany, not heeding Trump's warning was a very bad choice, and if Trump were still in power he would be moving heaven and earth urging and working with US suppliers to head off the consequences of that choice, but, these guys all applauded when Biden was sworn in, and now the Biden Administration is telling our producers NOT to export energy to Europe while they are in dire need of it!

Hello Europe, the US Threatens to Shut Off Energy Exports.

'America’s allies in Europe are desperate for alternative supplies of fuel amid the Ukraine war, and U.S. producers are happy to provide what they can. So wouldn’t you know the Biden Administration now wants to limit fuel exports.'

'That’s the message Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm sent last week in a letter imploring seven major refiners to limit fuel exports. We obtained a copy of the letter, which the Administration didn’t release publicly.'

    So, best of luck!

You are the only person in the world who missed Trump's repeated warnings to Europe and Germany that they were excessively dependent on Russia for energy supplies and that they needed to get more energy from other suppliers? Your claim is too incredible to be believed. This was no secret.

nope, I heard that, the claim was that he pushed energy diversity.... never heard him do that

they did try to push oil supplier diversity, and Trump was against that - but that was not what I meant

Most of the leaders of our so called friendly nations, are not in office through the will of the people, but rather through the manipulations of NGO's such as George Soros' Open Society Foundation and the CIA. So the protests will only get worse. I give the EU a 5 month survival rate.

The problem with Europe has always been its large population and industries, so that it cannot survive without Russia's resources - and that was something Russia could always provide at a low cost. Putin's dream was to form a trade route uniting Europe to Asia that would have benefitted everyone, but Merkel destroyed it when she went along with the coup in Kiev.

As for North Stream II, it was not built on Russia's initiative, but on Germany's initiative - and the cost of the project was shared equally. There was no reason why Germany should pay 3 times as much for LNG gas from the US, when the cheapest, fastest and surest way they could get it was with a pipeline from Russia.

Zorro - As for Trump with Germany, he was furious with them for not paying their fair share to Nato - so I can't imagine him giving them advice on anything. The Germans hated him. As for being reliant on Russia, well they were reliant on the Soviet Union as well as Russia, and they had never failed them.

Germany sure as hell doesn't benefit from this. I bet they aren't laughing, now and wish they would have listened to Trump.

Nicola Tesla wanted to stop wars by giving people free energy. The story goes that his project was halted when JP Morgan asked him where he was going to put the meter. You're right though about patents being bought up - and it's been going on for decades.

Here's a video that should be of interest to everyone. Clayton Morris of 'Redacted' is explaining how the energy problem in Germany is deliberate so they can facilitate the Great Reset of the World Economic Council.

I like a journalist who recognises the writing on the wall and gets out of dodge before the walls collapse. It adds authenticity to their 'alerts'. Having said that, in his case there's some personal/professional history which might explain the bolt.

Worth listening to in any case. They're sufficiently unbiased about the West to read things as they are, and not as the overlords would have us believe.

French journalist François Lenglet said that Russia's daily income from gas and oil is 3,700 euros per second. https://www.rtl.fr/programmes/lengl...tations-de-petrole-et-de-gaz-explique-lenglet
The journalist noted that the sanctions not only did not negatively affect Moscow's oil and gas revenues, but even contributed to their growth. According to him, after the imposition of sanctions due to the conflict in Ukraine, Russia's income from fuel exports increased by 40 percent. “Not in spite of, but thanks to the sanctions, which raised prices, unleashing market speculation. Slightly smaller volume at much higher prices, which means a lot more money,” Lenglet said, adding that Russia is “literally awash in money.”
He also stressed that while Russia is making money with the help of sanctions, Westerners have to save money and fight rising inflation. “European countries have paid Putin more than 86 billion euros since February 24. This is 3700 euros every second. I’ve been talking for a minute and a half, during this time more than 300 thousand euros have gone from Europe to Russia, and this is not counting other countries, ”concluded the journalist.
But most importantly - Winter is Coming!

How naive. Everyone -almost- knows how the game is played. This was an obvious move by Russia and predicted months ago.

The interesting part is not that Russia halted the supply but that the EU allowed themselves to be snookered like this.

The EU bought into the global warming green energy BS, that’s why they got stuck.
