    Regardless, people won't stop until a cheaper\easier alternative comes along, it's like California residents saving water when the corps are the ones using it all up

    you're being asked to reduce, so they can use more

    only when we have no choice do we change, it's just the way of the world, the small number that do change, has very little impact in reality

    It's a very sad situation. we have the corporations feeding their greed, the consumer is tied to a system that is obsolete. The collar is the dollar and the whole energy system.

    Gazprom just reported earnings. They smashed their all-time records...by billions...even with reduced flows. The Central Bank of Russia just announced that 2/3 of the losses suffered by the banking sector were due to the falling value of Euros and Dollars, i.e., the economic situation in Russia is much better than Western forecasts. My Sberbank stock is up 11% this week. :nana:

    The Ruble has surged to become one of the world's best-performing currencies this year after its dramatic drop to an all time low with the sanctions in March. When a currency grows in value, it's typically seen as a sign of economic strength that reflects investors' confidence and boosts a country's trade balance.

    Moscow fought and won the economic attack, (    the way it usually does), but it raised the Ruble's value too high, and that is not the best thing for their economy, What Moscow plans on doing to lower the value of the Ruble, is to buy $70 billion worth of Chinese Yuan as well as currencies from other friendly nations. This would help their own faltering economies, while at the same time lower the value of the Ruble.
