No, he said it “could be my laptop”. AND…..Even if it WAS his laptop, the chain of custody makes it inadmissible.

Please explain how Rudy knew about the laptop before the FBI had it ?

    Your embarrassing yourself

How embarrassing for you he's demanding it be given back to him and suing on the basis it is his.

Nobody ever claimed the laptop itself didn't belong to him. The data on the laptop is suspect because of the chain of custody.

You guys are just so GD laughable on this one by denying facts, and refusing to address that.

    You mean you didn't know?

Hunter Biden allegedly demanded laptop back a day before story broke via an attorney; repair shop owner shows email
    October 18, 2020
"Adam Housley, an award-winning journalist who’s certainly no Trump sycophant, has published an email that was allegedly recently sent by Hunter Biden’s attorney to John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of the repair shop where the laptop had been dropped off in 2019.

According to Housley, who – it appears – has spoken with Issac, Mesires also “called John Paul’s shop a few days back and asked for Hunter’s computers back.”

This is another monumental finding because, as noted by Housley in the tweets below, “You don’t ask for someone else’s computers…you ask for your own.”
    https://www.bizpacreview.com/2020/1...ttorney-repair-shop-owner-shows-email-985957/

Are you actually still denying it is Hunters?

SMDH! How is it that you have not heard the news about this ever since Twitter banned the NY Post article on Hunter's laptop?

Here, catch up with the rest of us.

The article was banned because it was:

    1. Not verifiable
    2. Was “hacked”, meaning not legal property of those trying to disseminate it
    3. The “data” was from a questionable at best source (the laptop)
    4. Was being released to effect an election with no proven provenance of the sourced data

    Try to keep up

You're way behind the story. I'll give you one chance to concede. Anything else won't be the entertained.

The data on the laptop is not suspect.
If it were, it would easy for you to prove it.

And, even if everything on it is verified as true, it doesn’t disclose anything illegal.

The data on the laptop, even if true, is a big nothingburger. Doesn’t show anything illegal.

So, you don't know for sure if the data on the laptop is true, but you do know that it doesn't show anything illegal. How is that possible?

I haven’t seen anything that is supposedly from the laptop that shows anything illegal. Have you?

The reporter says and has the emails.

    Refute it.

The information belonged to him at that point and is just as credible.

The chain of custody is not an issue and they have been corroborated nor has Hunter challenged the substance of them unless you can show where he has. Cite him stated that the emails are all fake. His lawyer is suing because he states IT IS HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION.

You have me grabbing my sides here watching your attempt at simple dismissals so easily dispelled.

Bottom line cite Hunter stating it is all fake, made up.

Racketeering, influence peddling, money laundering perhaps if you looked then you would see.

It was banned because the FBI was trying to cover it up until after the midterms, have you not been following the Congressional hearings and the FBI agents who have come forward?

As I’ve said to you many times, the chain of custody is moot if the emails can be verified by the people who sent and received them.

Can you provide the supposed facts that support those offences?

I recall seeing emails about potential business deals that were perfectly legal. Emails at a time Joe Biden held no political office so no influence to peddle.

So - what exactly was illegal?
