Except that isn’t what this shows. There are so many intermediate steps that you have no idea what these payments were for. Companies and individuals have transactions every day. Depending on the size of the company that could be dozens, hundreds or thousands. Saying that transactions in and out are related is just guessing.

And ultimately, who cares? All these people were private citizens at the time.

These were not payments to “the family of the president”. They were payments to private citizens.
