It’s his fault that he permitted foreign governments to stay at his hotels while he was president.

No, but corruption doesn't have to be illegal.

Did he personally manage his hotels?

But corruption does need to be....well.....corrupt

Something that has not been shown about Joe Biden (or even Hunter Biden) as of yet.

If a foreign country is giving you money you don't think they expect something in return?

Yes, because he was a government official.

I'm not sure if it's illegal to profit off of one's name when you are a private citizen.

The irony of all this EV stuff The Big Guy is pushing is that his son, and probably him, made fortunes in China and Ukraine in the fossil fuel business. Do you think maybe it’s possible the oil Biden sent to China that came from our strategic reserves went to companies associated with the Biden family? Better still, do you think the Bidens, all of them, were on the up and up with their taxes?

This idea that we sent oil to China from our strategic reserves just shows a complete misunderstanding of how oil is bought and sold.
As far as being up and up on their taxes, I have no idea. Do you have something? If so, contact the IRS or the FBI

Also if it isn't JOE Biden then what is the problem? Is Hunter Biden on the WH staff like Jared or Ivanka were?

Doesn’t matter. He personally benefitted. Directly from foreign governments.

The ethically correct thing for him to have done would have been to instruct that none of his businesses could accept any money from foreign governments or the federal government while he was president.

But Republicans don’t care about ethics.

Why is it the "ethical" thing to do? Is it ethical to become a millionaire after you leave the WH and cash in on that?

    Cash in how?

By selling secrets you learned as President to the highest bidder? No
By signing book deals and speaking tours? Sure

By making business deals with foreign countries and having them wire you the money through a shell company to be distributed to your family members that did absolutely nothing to earn the cash.

    Specious

I have proof of the country that presents the greatest threat to us and the world was funneling millions to the family of our current President.

    Specious.

Yes you are unaware of the mixing of bank accounts and paying of The Big Guy's personal expenses from those accounts?

The China business started WHILE he was VP, this particular payoff came right after he left office, perhaps a payment due. And due for what still waiting. What did China get in return for all that money and the diamond?

So in the end you got nothing. That's the context.[/QUOTE]

He's put his name on a metric ****ing ton of garbage. Calling Trump University "second class" would, itself, be the biggest charitable contribution one could make to that scam. He's put his name on failed airlines, football franchises, failed bottled water companies, failed magazines, failed steak-by-mail enterprises, failed MLM schemes, and failed real estate ventures. Hell, has he EVER put his name on something that 1) didn't fail and/or 2) was a fraud?

We have had for years now the pictures of The Big Guy with those interest we have had the emails of those interest thanking for the meetings and you know it so stop asking for everything to be proven all over again just to buy yourself some time.

There's nothing illegal about potentially being offered an equity share in a company after you are no longer even in office. "The Big Guy" email is the most pathetic, soggy nothing burger (hold the bun) that this forum has ever seen.

The resorts aren't part of the Trump Organization business group? Regardless, your claim was "Because Trump's ego wouldn't allow his name be put on something second class." That's objectively false. He does that all of the time . . . most of the time.

They rent hotel rooms they would have rented from someone else from him at his many resorts worldwide as thousands do every year. What did China get in return for the millions they funneled to the Biden influence peddle syndicate?
