    18 USC s.208. The president is exempt.

    Every time the federal government spent money at his properties, that was a breach. But as president he was exempt.

    So his unethical behavior goes unpunished.

    Ethics is a subjective matter. I asked you if it was unethical for other Presidents (or VPs) to profit from their office. The only difference is one did it while in and the other did it while out. Imo that's selective ethics.

    He was divested from his businesses while he was in office.

    Did Obama stop selling books while he was in office? All his books, across the country were taken off the shelves and sales suspended? I bet he didn't.

    Obama, like every former president in modern history, probably divested.

    No, it isn't. The investigation is to find out if 1. Hunter was running a pay-to-play scheme and 2. Did Biden receive any of that money under the table.
