This marxist filmmaker is so brainwashed herself that she cannot even see the web of contradictions she has created in her own life. The most glaring example is her dating profile that specified "No Republicans", even though her own father, who she claims to love, is a Republican. I don't know any normal people who make a conscious decision to avoid dating other people on the basis of their political beliefs. Dating is about more than just politics.

You are right, there is a big problem with speech in this country. But like James Madison said, "there is no remedy". Because restricting speech ALSO leads to bad things.

 

Since no one forced him to do it, he's basically just being told what he wants to hear.

Older people have this habit of becoming conservative. The few exceptions are much appreciated though, because they can actually change stuff.

 

I wonder then, if you took a conservative and forced him to watch enough Bill Maher, or Keith Olbermann - would it just magically 'turn him' into a liberal?
