It's not about the attack on the capital, it's about many things that add up to a portrait in a criminal presidency:

The problem is you have many facts wrong and backward, as I'm sure other posters will or have itemized.

That's because you are living in denial about who and what he really is. You aren't interested in the answers. You are just looking for a reason to dismiss anything you dislike and/or disagree with.

He has a decades and decades of criminal behavior and because he's a psychopath and bully, he's wormed him way out of most of them. And, nothing changed when he took office. It was just a smorgashboard of new victims.

    My condolences.

I supported Donald Trump for his entire presidency (though I still loathe him) and I've always believed his actions/inactions in and around Jan. 6th were criminal.

But that doesn't mean he should be prosecuted for anything.

That makes absolutely no damn sense at all.

I will bet you anything that if this were a Democratic president, you wouldn't feel the same way.

If I'm the one living in denial, why can nobody agree to what charges he would be in violation of? We've got Hatch Act, "dereliction," and inciting an insurrection (despite no legal evidence of an insurrection being committed).

    "Psychopath"

It's cute that you've offered condolences to your argument. It really goes to show that the argument is emotional in nature and not fact-based.

Hypocrisy is not necessarily the great, grand evil many modern virtue signalers love to indicate it is.

Because to be a "hypocrite" you have to have values in the first place.

Well, thank you for sharing that about yourself. Now I know in what context to read your posts; as someone who has no values to begin with. Fair enough.

If I am a hypocrite then I have to have values.

    You didn't understand that?

Hypocrisy is when ones words and actions are not in agreement. Those who have no values, cannot seem to understand their hypocrisy.

It means you claim to have values but don't.

    hypocrite

1: a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2: a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings

It's not a true "value" if your position swings based on circumstance of bias. It shows a lack of values on that issue. The only "value" portrayed is a bias against people of a mainstream political ideology. If you actually had values on that issue the value would take precedent regardless of who does it.

Fine. Then don't vote for him. In fact, vote for whoever will continue Biden's American misery tour. Even the corrupt media is crying and they were as responsible as Clinton. Talk about chutzpah! These courrup opinion formed by watching the show trial are just democrat boiler plate like the 1%'er patch bikers wear. Go ahead and watch the show. It is a Soviet Union type show trial. I hear the half time show is Miley Cyrus?

I don't think Trump's actions were criminal he was trying to get more police in the capital. Polosi's actions were criminal for denying it. Tromp requested peaceful protests.
