I have an idea to calm the turmoil re abortion

Not "controlled" but an equal partner in the limited scope of deciding to terminate. If he wants the baby and she wants an abortion then she must act super-promptly or be denied, as per the pro-life camp.

 

First, I don't believe there are any such laws. Doctors, however, may want the husband or father's permission to avoid any lawsuits in the future. Doctors cannot be FORCED to perform procedures that they feel might end them up in court. Can you reference an actual LAW or just what the doctor said?

No one is calling a woman a "possession". Such feminazi propaganda doesn't strengthen your argument.

YOU say an unborn child has no rights. There are MILLIONS of others that disagree. No one really has an answer on this. That's why the Court wisely let the VOTERS in each state decide. If the VOTERS in your state agree with you... you'll have no problem.

Note that I clarified in a later post: if she wants the abortion and the father wants the child then the mother can have her way only if she acts super-promptly as per current constraining law, else the Roe timeframe is resurrected when mom and dad are sincerely in agreement.
