You need to get out more. Masturbation has NOTHING to do with reproduction. And neither masturbation nor ED meds kill any unborn children.

As I said. The non response is all you needed to add. Thanks

Also, I said “reproductive function” — double fail

I did respond, although arrogance often causes illiteracy. So... again.. masturbation has nothing to do ith the "reproductive function"... reproduction cannot be attempted alone. And, again, neither that nor ED drugs kill kids. So mentioning ED drugs and/or masturbation in a discussion of abortion... are both totally irrelevant. So now that everyone has seen my respond... repeat your childish assertion that I have not responded.

Again — your refusal to answer whether or not the government should be able to regulate your body is all anyone needs to see.

    It’s a terrible concept I agree

And no arrogance, I understand completely why it would be devastating to your narrative for you to answer. Also, literacy means the ability to read and write — since you are able to read what I am writing that insult doesn’t even begin to make sense.

    Triple fail

NEWS FLASH! I just had a mini brainstorm. It would be correct perhaps to base our determination of when a fetus transitions to a baby/human according to when it first starts to DREAM! Surely there could be some means technologically to sometime soon listen to the fetus's vibes and identify when it is dreaming. What say you??

Oh, that definitely holds promise. [Edit] No, in fact, the research has already been achieved, surprise surprise I just learned, and fetuses begin to dream around week 23.

We're past this. Women won't give up until the choice is between the woman and the doctor she chooses. The abortion laws are virtually unenforceable.

They're "unenforceable"?? Nay, doctors are already cowering and constraining their decisions in accordance with these heinous new laws. That constitutes enforcement of a sort. Maybe you think a judge would toss any actual cases? Unh-uh: foolhardy to presume that!

The Court decided that the federal government had no power to allow, ban or regulate issues regarding abortion. That should please you.
You don't see the unborn child as a human being and that is your right to have that opinion. It is also the right of others to hold that the unborn child is, indeed, a human being with all the rights that go with that... including the right to live. I'm too old to have a stake in this fight so I can sit back dispassionately and watch you and your opponents duke it out.

I must admit that my gut has me on the side of the unborn child. The mom had options (diaphragm, birth control pill, IUD, condom) but the child no options and is totally helpless. But there are two strong sides to this argument. I think the court chose the right path by leaving it up to VOTERS to decide the issue.

Stop the childish, judgmental comments like "triple fail" please. You have a valid opinion. Others have differing, valid opinions. And adults don't need to insult others just because they have a differing opinion.

If only!! Many States had those age-old "trigger laws" and the voters hadn't a say whatsoever. (save indirectly and/or retrospectively - :wall: :rage:)

The voters have yet to be heard from since the court gave them the power to decide the abortion issue for themselves. If the voters are on your side, you should have no problem at all.

So the father has control over his POSSESION, the woman he made pregnant just like in the days of cave men??

Why should the UNPRGENANT one, the MAN, control a woman's life ??????????????????????????????

Test every embryo to see who the real father is?

Have you thought this through ???

How about pregnant women just having the same rights everyone else has ? Is that too radical for you ??

Since when does impregnating a woman make her the man's property ?

You mean being male gives you the right to decide if a woman can gestate or not !!!!!?!?!?!

....what if SHE wants the kid but he wants her to abort ?

People just like the OP just don't seem to get this: SCOTUS has already ruled Roe V. Wade unconstitutional. In other words, any new federal legislation to reinstate abortion would be unconstitutional and would be struck down by SCOTUS.

The only other alternative to this is to pack the courts to get you way on federal abortion.

BTW, any federal political candidate up for election in 2+ weeks who states their views on abortion are morons 'cause they can't do anything about abortion on a federal level (unless the courts are packed).

How about the unborn child gets the right to live? That sounds like a case of "same rights a everyone else".
I actually see both sides on this issue. That's why I think it was a great decision on the Court's part to let the VOTERS in each state decide. If you live in a state where the voters agree with you... you have no problem.

Those aren't my words! Though I think the father has a reasonable claim to calling the fetus "his".

YES, that is exactly what you are saying when you say the woman must have PERMISSION from the man who got her pregnant ...that he OWNS her and can direct her life....

Why do you insist a woman's rights should be controlled by someone who made her pregnant?

I'd like to see a reference to an actual law in a specific state that requires the husband's approval. I don't believe there are any such laws... although individual doctors ma require it to avoid possible litigation.

NO, a fetus has no rights ....why do you want to give them more rights than the woman they're in or ANYONE ELSE???

The BLUE above is what you couldn't address

In the latter case, clearly, the father doesn't get his wish.

Then why pass some retarded law where his permission is needed?
