I liked Ron Paul until I heard he supports gay marriage.

Then why do you only advocate that "Gay people...ARE PEOPLE! And as such, .....they need to have their love-based unions RECOGNIZED"? Why not ALL PEOPLE ...ARE PEOPLE! And as such, .....they need to have their love-based unions RECOGNIZED. Kind of reveals the true agenda.

    Absolutely.
The agenda is to push back on an attack that is specifically directed at them, by trying to specifically define marriage as between a man and a woman.
Was women's suffrage illegitimate because it sought only to get the vote for women?

Nooooo I wasn't offering it up as proof they were born that way, so I basically have no idea why you've decided to place that in quotation marks. Just more distraction from the real issue.

Sexuality doesn't form at birth so technically no-one is "born gay", but the evidence suggests that the biological factors that can, combined with environment, develop a person's sexuality are present at birth. Quite different, but refutes the idea of it having been a conscious choice.

I didnt make a conscious choice to prefer chocolate ice cream over vanilla, but yet, every time I go to the grocery store I make a conscious choice to buy chocolate intead of vanilla.

Are you trying to make this easy?
Or are you just a tad slow on the up-take here...

    LOL...my true agenda...

Actually my TRUE agenda is to rid American politics of nut-cases who take quotes out of context, argue till they're blue in the face about nonsense, and hold-up government creating a grid-lock where nothing gets done.

    You know...the common T-Baggers.

    That's MY true agenda...what's yours?

So easy you should have been able to answer a simple question. Must just be an unwillingness to do so.

    ...

Except for the fact that ice cream preferences aren't determined by biological factors linked to genes, gender and hormones unlike sexual orientation.

If it were as simple as a mere preference for a particular flavour of ice cream, I don't think conservatives would be so vehemently opposed to it somehow... Do you?

If the pregnancy endangered her life, because of the heart problem, then anypone who condemns her is a hipocrit. I say this because they are calling themselves "pro life" but demandsing she die so her child can live....

I personally think abodtion should be legal only in cases of rape or if the mother's life is in danger.

That is not proof that is assumption and speculation. There is no proof anyone is born gay.

There is no proof you are born that way so it is a choice. Just like I have a choice to stay faithful to my wife

What makes Gays civil. From what I have seen of Gay Pride parades on the internet there is nothing civil about them

there is as much proof homosexuality is a choice, as there is that heterosexuality is.

How exactly would you expect someone to "prove" that they did not consciously decide to become homosexual? What evidence would you accept?

That is like me accusing you of being a closet pedophile...are you a closet pedophile by default unless you convince me otherwise?
