I really wish someone would press Trump on mass shootings and how he would deal with them.

While I agree with that, and its true and can probably be verified, it seems to me lots of these mass shooters are no career criminals. They wanna go out with a bang and take as many with them as they can and they don't have fear of being caught because suicide is usually part of the plan. I still think they need armed guards or at least one and they better give him/her/they better weapon than what any street punk could possibly have

At least they have not confiscated guns or ordered destruction of guns. Don’t get me wrong, I'm not voting for Biden. I likely won’t vote. We need to stop settling for less rights.

That would be result in a large drop in crime.
Plain common sense- says a safe society is one where violent people aren't present in it. We know from extensive experience that violence is not accidental or a one-time thing, it's an aspect of a person's character and values.

About 5 million arrests occur each year. About 1.5 million of those- have been arrested multiple times in the same year.

While I do want to keep career criminals locked up, I actually said that we need to keep all known dangerous people locked up who are a danger to society. Most of the mass shooters we have had who are not career criminals, have been a known danger to society through red flags.

Well I'm glad I finally disagree with a person in here who i've also clicked like on many times, lol. All those times I've made HIVE references but still agree with almost everything with other members of the same party on. Its refreshing to have something different happen. I gotta be honest. That sounds kind of like Minority Report to me. To lock people up based on the red flags before something happened. I mean, sure, that would work, but then there's the whole freedom thing. Anyway, if i took you out of context then sorry, if not, then so what? it just means we have different views.

I'm talking about BIG red flags and, in many cases, there were. And, it doesn't necessarily have to be locked up in jail. Many of these people have had mental issues and should have been confined and treated and only let out after a panel all felt that they would no longer be a danger to society. But, yes, in some cases, we shouldn't have to just sit around and wait for them to commit a mass shooting and then lock them up. In fact, with my way, they could hopefully get the help they need and not have to be permanently locked up and innocent people would not have to die either.
