Why ask? Do you suppose that should a sibling pair induce a pregnancy that they don't want the child? I mean, what happens to AOC? She married her brother. You support her......

You on the progressive end of things don't respect what words mean. In your world.....man=women, women=men, left is right and right is wrong. Marriage is what it is 1 man and 1 women. You confuse the issue because you want to confuse the children. Just as you do with Drag Queens reading to children as if they are the norm.

People of Faith hold to standards even if they aren't able to achieve them. You seem to throw all standards out the window so you can be pleasing to everyone! It's as if to say, "you don't look at my dirty sheets and I won't look at yours. It will make them appear as to be clean!"

And not an answer. Do you actually believe that siblings who impregnate don't want those children? If so, why?

Immoral actions are those that harm others. To the extent that religions deviate from this, they pervert morality.

I suppose I really don't understand your reluctance to provide an answer to the question though. Do you not want to answer it? If siblings do impregnate, what force do you suppose would be required to hang on to delivery? Do you suppose that force was necessary? So, if force wasn't required, you seem to be taking the ground that they shouldn't be allowed to have said child, and your position is that you could force them to not have the child. Fair?

Outside of what you call religion, from what do you derive your morality? Whatever you or others think up between your own ears? Those that sodomize little children believe that if they are properly "groomed" they enjoy it.....no harm done. So you share morals with them? I think so.

Being legal, doesn't make it right. You should have called it something else.

You never will have children of your own. That's just how we were designed. And if you choose to adopt, you will always, and should be suspect due to your lifestyle.

Oh, so you draw the line there. How perfect of you!

Even if the states didn't recognize it I'd still call it marriage
I absolutely could have children of my own. Gay doesn't mean sterile. Why should I be suspect 98% of child abuse is strictly heterosexual parents.
Draw what line? You wouldn't know you haven't asked me. After my last conversation with you I decided even though we disagree on sexuality respect but after your posts here I'm wondering if I should. You certainly don't seem respectable.

Logic applied to social living. Crime lowers the overall standard of living. Exploitative relationships are of course immoral. If I recall correctly sodomizing little children is more of a catholic thing than an atheist thing.

The bible doesn't really help with the problem of morality anyway, as you'd be confused by all of the contradictions. Is incest okay? It's okay according to Lot and his daughters, but punishable by death elsewhere. It genocide okay? Sometimes if you're god's chosen people: What The Bible says about Genocide (skepticsannotatedbible.com) ... I don't think that even includes the part about smashing your enemies babies on the rocks and being happy.

I think most people have some intuitive sense of morality given we are such social animals, but are often looking to get an unfair advantage/benefit. If we let them, all of society suffers.

It is fortunate that real morality comes from logic, since there likely is no god in reality.

I would argue morality created religion. I would consider morality an evolutionary trait as society cannot exist without it. Which was the point of religion. Before we've had a rationale for why you don't murder somebody for looking at you wrong we just said that it was God's will. Or whichever deity you wish.

    Standards without morals.
I see it all the time in these forums.
    Religiously self righteous.

Yeah.....everyone has their own logic. It depends on whose ox is getting gored. That is why the Creator of the Universe gave us a moral anchor which you reject. It's to be expected.

Talk about self righteous? You are the one that looks to "self" for your righteousness. Your morals are derived by what's between your two ears. Charles Manson would say the same thing. Actually, I don't see you as righteous at all.

Doesn't everyone have something between the ears, helping them decide morality?
