    Being a racist or misogynist isn't a crime, but it may be a reason we don't want them here. Why should women put up with males (or females) who would limit their rights or discriminate against them?
    Who's to say what is or isn't a "good reason?"

    I thought immigration was good when there is a lot of work available? But we have a lot of unemployed here won't it hurt us in the long run

    If they add nothing but bills for the taxpayers, why should they be here. Keep in mind we will need to add more schools, hospitals, law enforcement and fire protection. How much extra per year are you willing to pay in taxes for them to be here? $100, $500 or $1000 per year or more?
