I have seen no credible evidence of the President benefiting from any relative's activities.

If he did, the Trump appointee now investigating Hunter Bided as a Special Counsel is certain to take appropriate action if he uncovers any such thing.

When a court determined that Trump is a sexual abuser, I did not presume that cast other family members as complicit in his sexual abuse.

 

The appointment of Trump's Special Counsel who uncovered evidence that grand juries determined merited multiple indictments was slow, as well, many thought. The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

Some will try mightily to conflate the disparate matters, of course.

The situations are much different: Trump is charged with mishandling classified documents and attempting to overturn the 2020 election, while Hunter Biden faces misdemeanor tax charges and allegations of lying about his drug use when purchasing a gun. Most crucially, Trump is a former president who is seeking a return to the White House, while Hunter Biden is a private citizen.

Will David Weiss's having been a Trump appointee prejudice the case? I have no reason to assume so, and I hope that Citizen Biden does not bray that Weiss is a "deranged lunatic!", but is respectful of an officer of the court and America's justice system.

Hunter Biden faces multiple FELONIES on tax and gun charges with more mounting as more and more bank records are exposed. The entire family faces charges including felony charges of money laundering and racketeering and bribery and that includes Joey, The Big Guy. And now we have a special prosecutor indicating this is reaching into the White House.

 

First he does not have to directly benefit when facilitating a bribe for someone else to benefit. Second then open your eyes and go read the Senate Rep reports and reporting by the WSJ, the National Review, The New York Post, The Federalist, The Free Beacon etc etc etc who are actually reporting on the matter.

In the meantime tell me exactly what you think was going on with the tens of millions of cash being funneled into the bank accounts of the Biden family. Explain what money Hunter was talking about when he was constantly complaining about having to pay "Pops" bills. What do you have to refute that?

Tell me who is The Big Guy because we have CREDIBLE evidence it is Joe. What do you have that refutes it?

Tell me what was the product or service the Biden family was providing our worst foreign adversaries in return for the those tens of millions of dollars, an number expected to go even higher.

A Trump-appointed investigator of Citizen Biden has been named Special Counsel by the Attorney General.

He has not yet issued any indictments.

I shall continue to respect the U.S. system of justice that acknowledges every American is innocent and proven guilty in a court of law.

I hope Citizen Biden does not become hysterical and lash out at the Special Counsel if he is ever indicted. Respect for the law is as patriotic as respect for democracy.

I am FULLY involved in those threads concerning the Trump indictment and fully engaged and voicing my opinion and the facts of the matter just as I am here.

You should try it rather than just submitting obtuse postings.

 

You are impeaching a person based on maintenance, not actual law here. And that is the problem. And it also shows how you are against the US Constitution in principle. Any high crimes and misdemeanors did Biden Commit? None so far by the Republican committees looking into this.

But all of this is not really about Biden, it is about 2024 Presidential, Congressional, and Senate races in which the GOP wants to hold all three. And that is the real issue here. Biden or anyone else in his administration are just the punching bags and that is it. And for the GOP and conservatives like McCarthy, it is about control and rule, not democracy and rule of law.

 

in my opinion, there should have been a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, to begin with, and there was in the beginning, but this appointment has more authority than the last. The GOP should have been hammering on that fact from the beginning, but they didn't. Now that one has been appointed with more authority to investigate, this special counsel will do their job even if Biden is not reelected in 2024, and the GOP knows that, but apparently not you. And that makes their "complaint" look even more political and radicalized than ever before, and not being truthful to the American public.

For me, a special counsel on Hunter is a good thing. That person has sole authority on how the investigation goes, period, with no undue influence for the AG, no matter if it is Garland or a Trump appointee in 2024.

In other words, you cannot have it both ways and it appears this is exactly what you are doing.

 

Not a constitutional problem at all, go look up what the meaning of misdemeanor is as used in that clause.

Of course it is about Biden and the continuing crisis he has created not just at the border but now throughout the country because of all the illegal persons he has allowed into the country, people who have no money, no education, can't speak the language and have no business being here.

Did you catch the stories from New York about how the children starting the new school year are being told they will not have soccer this year because the state is having to use the soccer fields to house all these illegal migrants, 2000 MEN who have NOT been properly vetted, and how that housing is next to the schools? Our kids are being denied their physical fitness and activities because of Biden's failure TO DO HIS JOB.
