I don't like the Iranian Government, I don't like their president, and I hate their constant use of religion in government for harassing and terrorizing their population. If that government falls, it would be a good thing, but it shouldn't be the United States job. As a country, our hands are tied, if we seriously do anything in Iran, the costs will be catastrophic both in lives and resources. We will most likely enrage the Muslim population again and loose a lot of credibility. It will most likely deepen the depression to heights never seen before and might even cause some sort-of collapse of the country. I doubt the US will go to war with Iran unless there are extreme circumstances and I doubt Iran will go to war with Iran, but the idea it could happen scares me. In combination with Afghanistan and Iraq, Iran will be the event that makes this 'war on terror' much worse than the Vietnam war. In the event Iran clearly has a nuclear weapon, then all hell will break loose. I pray that Iran will stop toying with the nuclear issue soon. I also pray that the US and Israel will show restraint. Otherwise, were all screwed! The thing to remember though is its too early to say if there will be war or not. The chances are still low. All parties need to hell bent on war for months in order for this disaster to happen.
