Some believe the USA is heading or is under marshall law. I do not agree. But the framework for Marshall law is in place and can be easly implemented if needed. He has made it illegal to protest in Public place. He has made Martial Law legal just those three things there are signs of a dictator.

In so many words, the Obama Admin has decided that he gets to decide what parts of a Church are "churchy enough" to not be subject to having their right to conscious revoked by the secretary of HHS or other government agencies. * Then there's the treatening of the SCOTUS. The man has warned the court not to overturn his Obamacare law. The Court is an independent and co-equal branch of the US government, and he has no business "warning" the court not to overturn anything. * Speaking of, his Obamacare law literally forces a person to buy something. For the first time in American History the government is claiming the right to force you to buy a product and plans to punish you if you don't comply. * then there's this "I can declare martial law" thing. None of these are proof positive, but there is a pattern.

Because, there's the Enemy Expatriation Act - which pretty much allows dictatorbama to strip your US citizenship away from you, thus making it easy as pie for him to detain you indefinitely, since, after all you're no longer an American, amirite? -Overseeing the expansion of the TSA, which is terrorizing the American public in the name of security. Now the disgusting TSA extends well beyond airports, with their VIPR teams setting up bus, highway and train checkpoints to stop and search you, the American public. Even though the TSA has NEVER prevented a terrorist incident to date. Then again, that's not what their there for...silly me. Might I add, homeland highway checkpoints sounds a lot like Nazi Germany to me. -Overseas assassination of American citizens not only allowed, but condoned. I don't think so. If he were he would just pass these provisions as law through a congress of appointed supporters. Previously appointed judges would be removed from the bench. Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh would be huddled together for warmth in a cold dungeon somewhere. John Adams was closer to a dictator than Obama or Bush. In fact the first president to send drafted federal troops against US citizens was named Washington if I'm not mistaken (see Whiskey Rebellion). Fact of the matter is Presidents have always found a way to have their way particularly against perceived treasonous behavior.

You're still missing the forest for the trees if you blame only Obama. He's a part of the system, one in a line of presidents and other "elected" officials who have been working towards dictatorial ends. How much is he consciously a part of that? He may be unaware of the repercussions of his actions, or he may be the Manchurian Candidate of this term.
Nevertheless, there is evidence to show that President Obama is becoming a dictator. Obviously he is not alone. Sure, he's not as bad as some, but that's only because he's not indiscriminately killing US citizens at an alarming rate.
