It's always interesting when someone who occupies a position with single digit support imagines that the nation is 'bitterly divided' over the issue. We aren't. We have consensus, we don't agree with you.

Native Americans are not as oppressed as Palestinians, no. They are free to move around where they like, as anyone else in the country is. They an vote. They have all the same rights and protections as anybody else. That can't be said for Palestinians under Israel.

 

Some do. Israel should be playing into that as much as it possibly can. And Israel should stop feeding into Hamas propaganda. When Israeli officials speak of Palestinians (not just Hamas) as "the enemy" or "animals" that is going to play directly into Hamas' recruitment efforts.

Get out of the way how? They are hitting safe routes, hitting refugee camps where no prior warning was given, destroying convoys of ambulances trying to move the wounded, and dropping bombs on places they know are crowded with civilians.

There is no “right to retribution” where they can kill civilians without restraint. Israel’s reprisal has gone far beyond what Hamas did on October 7th by an order of magnitude, killing for more innocent civilians than Hamas could have dreamed of doing.
