The US Debt is 14 Trillions, mostly to China.
Israel gets 3 Billions to defray its Air force... moneys that Israel could refuse tomorrow because it is commercially sound.

 

If Israelis don't hate Americans, then they should help Americans to repay their huge debts. So, if anything, Israelis should donate 3 billion to America to prove their friendship.

 

Israel gets 5 billion.. they get 3 billion in welfare and another 2 billion a year in loans and grants.

The grants are automatic to cover the principle and interest on the loans.

Israel has NEVER actually repaid any loan.
