Do you struggle with reading? A man who faked being slumped in his car attempted to ram a couple's car who were trying to help him. Scruggs car got hit instead . Scruggs got out of the car and stabbed the potential murderer so stopped anyone being killed. Perhaps you could explain your assertion that Scruggs tried to murder 3 people?

It took me a while to piece together, who did what...but now that I have it down----so weird! Scruggs was just passing by, was hit by the previously slumped over man, and Scruggs immediately became violent--breaking a window and stabbing with his pocket knife. That is the definition "unhinged" if there ever was one. I'm reading from his defense attorney that "not all the facts are out"....but with all the witnesses, the police officer included, and the picture posted by one witness....and the fact that he obviously didn't know the man who he was trying to stab......what other facts might be there?

How about THIS scenario...

...dude is on drugs so he pulls over to the side of the road to sleep it off. From his perspective he sees a guy coming from the car in front to break his window, so to escape he floors it and hits the parked car and swerves out into traffic hitting a passing car driven by Scruggs. Scruggs does what the law requires and stops his car, takes his license and registration over to the other driver who is now paranoid. When Scruggs reaches down to ask for his license and registration the driver pulls out his pocket knife and stabs at Scruggs hands, at that point they wrestle for the knife with both suffering cuts and blows.

Does that sound reasonable?

Adam Johnson was held without bail for a non-violent offense. Scruggs tried to murder and rob three people and he's out on bail.

Hmm, it sounds like it could have been a planned rear end insurance claim event that went wrong, which is so common - scammer 1 car pretends to break down, scammer 2 behind jams on breaks causing the victim's car to rear end.
