Where am I defending a man that I never heard of? No doubt that he stabbed driver 1, we only have the word of the couple that he tried to stab them. Are there any witnesses to this? The story being told is not believable. Slumped man in the middle lane of a busy highway, second car stops in front of him, then slumped man reverses into a third following car - classic whiplash insurance claim. Many, not me, would justify driver 3 shooting driver 1 for endangering his life and stopping a possible car jacking

Also the photo of the 3 cars does not follow the description given of the event

You're trying to justify his attack.

 

That shows him stabbing the slumped driver. I already acknowledged that the slumped driver was stabbed. Where is the video of him attempting to stab the couple

 

The couple said he came at them with the knife. Are you saying they're lying?

I presume you know that rear ending car scams generally involves two cooperating scammers hoping for at least the occupants of one of the cars to claim whip-lash injury? Did anyone else report a stationary car in the middle lane of a highway at rush hour? If the second car noticed a slumped driver in the middle lane they would have already driven past that car so if they were to stop to help they would have stopped at a considerable distance ahead of the slumped driver; according to reports the traffic was fast moving. Yet the claim is that the slumped driver started his car and rammed them implying being really close, then reversed, and drove into the outer lane causing the third car to be rammed - was he trying to get in front so as to cause a rear end collision.

The event as described by the couple does not sound plausible.

 

That doesn't mean anything was objectively proven at all. The standards for such things are so incredibly low.

 

They aren't conspiracy theories. It's recognizing the objective reality that very few red line law exist and the overwhelming majority exist with vague enough wording to allow a large variety of interpretation of the elements involved.

 

A 'non-violent' offence? So, no-one was injured when he and his pals stormed that joint?

 

You can't hold a person accountable for the actions of others in this case.

Did Adam Johnson assault anyone? He was charged with one count of entering and remaining in a restricted building or ground. He wasn't charged with armed burglary, aggravated assault and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, as was Scruggs.

Scruggs went crazy and started to kill people over a fender-bender. Does he sound stable enough to be turned loose in the public? Be honest.

There has been cases of a home owner shooting one of a group of intruders and the rest of the intruders being charged with murder of their accomplice. So you certainly can hold a person accountable for the action of others when jointly committing a crime

 

It was just a dude who did a job who he no longer does.
He wasn't hailed in as El Salvador in an open car with confetti tossed from the high rises while being cheered by a massive crowed. People like him, will never get a statue or anything. At best he'll be getting a thumps up. We all know it.

So it's quiet telling you label this person as "hailed as patriots and heroes".

If any fender bender was a deliberate insurance scam I would support severe punishments. Death is too extreme but much higher sentences though. Deliberately causing someone to rear end you is a very dangerous manoeuvre that can result in many deaths

 

Lol. Why would I when I don't even support gun ownership? We've had some gun fanatics supporting a man shooting through his home front door just because someone knocked on the wrong door.
