There is also no argument that when a bag of chips get stolen, than you walk away to get a gun, come back and start blasting. At that time of the blasting, simply was no threat. But there is you who support such idea as self defense. While this was far more threatening. Get real. lol

Well the prosecutor committed a crime, guess that means everyone he convicted is innocent.:roll:

Wish they made deodorant strong enough to remove the stench of desperation.

    Initially, he was denied bail...

"Adam Johnson, 36, of Parrish, Florida, was arrested Friday night on a federal warrant and was being held Saturday without bail in Pinellas County, Florida...

I never said there was. But, you're certainly comparing apples to oranges. If someone was trying to rob Scruggs, that would be different.

No, the court never denied bail, he was released two days later on bond.

You do know what being released on bail and being released on bond means, don't you? I should assume you do, because you initially claimed he was held without bond.. and now you're saying he was denied bail.. both of which are inaccurate mind you... He was literally released the the following Monday on bond. Bail/bond is the money that must be payed in order for someone to be released from jail. When one is denied bail/bond, it means they must remain in jail up to their court date.. which is obviously not what happened....

Scruggs was being threatened. There are rules what a person can do.
While that kid wasn't threatened. He just went for some deadly uncalled for vigilante justice instead of calling the cops.

So indeed. Apples and oranges. You just basically claim Scruggs can't defend himself because he helped convict your jan 6 fascists.
