Russia is the only one because Putin, who had multiple meetings with Clinton during the Obama years, had positive things to say about Trump and Trump only. I believe it was back in October when Obama laughed over the idea of any foreign country interfering. In fact, the entire left laughed over it until Clinton lost. That's when they went full retard and started blaming Russia because of Putin's positive remarks about Trump.
I'm sure that there were attempts to influence the election by other countries, but Russia is the only one known to have engaged in hacking and the widespread usage of misinformation and bots and directed by the Russian government.
You're free to post the transcript when you get a chance. I am confident you will find that Comey did not say whether obstruction of justice occurred was "not in his understanding."

The EC is a false construct designed to give undue power to southern states clinging to a defunct and worthless ideology. It is NOT democratic, it is institutional. The outcome of the election was INSTITUTIONAL, not democratic, at all.

WHAT? He did NOT say that. He said that there is no evidence of any votes being changed - as in voting machines being hacked - there was plenty of evidence of Russian hacking and misinformation distribution. I certainly did not hear Trump was cleared of any collusion.
Think it's a worthwhile to acknowledge the reality of that situation - Comey was telling reporters (or associates) about POTUS meetings. Confirmed again that Trump was not under investigation.
