While I disagree with your assessment, impeachment is a political decision and does not require a courtroom.
Rubio doing effective job of getting Comey to agree that President was a-ok with larger Russia probe going forward and Trump saying if any of his 'satellites' were involved it would be good to know.
You really think you're going to get the Republican Party to impeach Trump on your awful media propaganda campaign? No wonder your party is 0-for-6 thus far and probably still counting.
"Mr Comey, why do you believe you were fired?" "I take the president at his word, and in his own words, it was because of the Russia investigation." Beautiful.
Perhaps you should actually READ the U.S. Constitution before you make another ignorant statement like that, M'kay?
Mountains? Why don't you link one little mound then... You think there's evidence because Clapper and Yates said they have evidence but will not show it, and then you yammer about us clinging to the words of Comey. Contradict yourself much?
Not so fast. If we take the President at his word, it's because this director refused to state publicly WHAT HE STATED in this very meeting. If the Democrats want to pursue legal action and make themselves poorer(as well as more stupid), who am I to stop them? But anyone with a basic understanding of law knows this isn't going anywhere.
The entire DOJ was a bad joke under Obama. I've never seen administration make a mockery of the rule of law to the extent that the Obama administration did, and I hope I never see that again.
I have read the Constitution, studied the Constitution in Law School, and I have been tested on the Constitution when I passed the bar in two states. But you do you.
Second Place is still...second place. One day, the Democrats will learn that without Russia conspiracy(and we can now definitively without doubt call it a conspiracy.)
The entire intelligence officer panel (including Coates) said, during an open testimony, that they believe Russia was behind the hacking and that it was done by the Russian government.
It'll be available after this is over. One of us misheard, I don't have a problem admitting it was me if Comey didn't say Trump never colluded. We already know there was no collusion so it doesn't matter whether he did or didn't say it when I thought he did.
Speaking of the DOJ, does the President have confidence in his Head of the DOJ, Jeff Sessions? That question has remained unanswered for three days.
How about that... The media finally gets called out by a person the liberals can't decide whether to love or hate...
I don't contradict myself. You've been doing it through this entire thread, along with Hoosier and others, clinging to some words and dismissing others. I'm not linking anything. You have fingers, go to google and stop wasting our time with your plebian arguments.
"this Russia thing" and after showboat Comey who has had no problem stepping in front of the cameras to announce just about anything but would not do the same about Trump not being under investigation.
He is correct, impeachment does not require a crime to be committed, it is a political process, nor does it preclude a criminal prosecution.
I don't see why he wouldn't.(And the Democrats smeared Sessions as well. That smearing, was the worst public smear job in political history. We hadn't seen anything like that since the Mafia.).
