Kavanaugh, Ford set to testify in Senate Judiciary Committee hearing

I think that is possible, but have to suspect politics will affect their conclusions - unlike this forum where some minds are absolutely impervious to testimony.

 

Ford has to keep looking through her notes to see what is accurate and what is not.

To the contrary, we're probing Ford's inconsistent testimony like a hawk. This has actually been great for Kavanaugh. She's as much of a liar in oral as in written.

 

Lol. Now she's caught in another inconsistency. She claimed she didn't want to attend through flight, yet that's precisely what she did: Go on a plane.

 

Well, her fear of flying was a lie.... she flies all the time for vacation and for work. LOL

So as we examine these lies, I just want you to rethink the idea that just because someone has breasts and a uterus, that means they speak truth. No, no it doesn't. We've had female killers, female thieves and yes even female Arsonists. Any one of the two sexes is capable of committing a crime, and deceit is another one of them.

 

How are those 2 things inconsistent??

Not WANTING to fly and being UNABLE to fly are 2 different things..

Democratic senators stressing the point that the Republicans would not allow the one alleged eye-witness and friend of Brett Kavanaugh (aka "Bart O'Kavanaugh") to appear and testify is an effective one.

 

Finally, a D who is capable of asking proper questions and will generally avoid all the pre-questioning garbage...

 

His words are under threat of perjury. If Ms. Ford can prove that what she said happened, that would be big. That's how this normally works. As you can see, she can't even keep up her own statements.

Watching Ford testifying right now and it's obvious the Democrats provided Ford with the questions that would be asked and you see Ford after answering a question flipping a paper over for the next question to be asked by a Democrat Senator. Ford has her responses to Democrat's questions in front of her.

Ms. Ford keeps looking down reading from her prepared statements.

 

It just keeps piling up.

 

It has bearing to do on her credibility. Had she flown, we could've had this hearing done days ago. That she's shown to have flown, damn near everywhere else, is another hit on her credibility.

This woman is not capable of speaking truth. Hasn't done it yet.

was roundly used as why she would be unavailable to come to
D.C. for her original Sept.24th Monday hearing.Because she suffers

She's been outted as being actually quite the frequent Flier.
Not just yearly to Deleware but also part of her job and
especially with her interests or hobbies.Like exotic and exciting
travel spots.No fear of Flying like what John Madden { NFL coach }

After the hearings on Kavanaughs qualifications. And he being immensely qualified for the SC. What's left but to accuse him of being a woman hating, drunken, rapist, 36 years ago as a 17 year old high school student. Listening to the statements against Kavanaugh, it's odd how as a teen, he only trespassed against Democrats. And even though women were fully liberated by the eighties, there were zero reports or arrests regarding the alleged multitude of gang rapes going on. More oddly, not a single person/witness can corroborate or even remember anything about these alleged crimes and parties. It doesn't make any sense. Unless someone can present an actual love child and dna evidence, I'd discard all of it, end this partisan charade, and vote for his appointment.

 

That 'deer in headlights' look on Ford is priceless. The Polygraph clearly has some fubbing in it.

 

"I was panicking because I knew the timeline was short". Well, thank you for more honesty. It helps destroy your delusion of a case.

 

This is paramount to everything else! No proof that they were there. No corroboration from any other attendees. Not even a definitive month, let alone date of said party. She has presented zero facts!

This is the United States of America where you are presumed innocent until facts prove otherwise!

 

The story came out in WaPo on 9/16... it's currently 9/27.... that's 9 business days... What's the rush here??

She was basically in hiding and arrangements for her safety hadn't been made...

 

Also because of this, it's going to be very hard for Kavanaugh to posit a solid defense, because she can randomly pick any date, and any time for these people who would disregard her inconstencies elsewhere and say 'See'. Then Kavanaugh would have to try and strike down that date. Oh well, pick another date then.

Then she says, "Everyone kept telling me what to do," regarding calling the Washington Post.

Who was everybody?

Suddenly after not telling anyone for 35 years she told everyone she met on the street?

 

Which is complete bullcrap. As Grassley said, the US Marshals is damn good arrangements for anybody's safety, certainly the Senators.

 

It's HER evidence. And yes, it's not credible in that it doesn't substantiate her story. Is that your defense?
