    He had the votes in the bag.... the hearings were a formality... much like the 2 impeachments of T****. Nice to know you can say or do whatever you want with the job a lock regardless...

    We never heard from the completely available primary witness....totally sketchy....

    You have zero proof of him doing anything wrong! This is the United States of America where innocence comes before guilt. Enough said!

    The Dems didn't put him through a confirmation hearing. They put him through a trial and that trial demonstrated no proof and corroboration of accusations made. As a matter of fact, quite the opposite.

    No proof. No corroboration. Not guilty! And it was a confirmation hearing, not a trial; but that is what the Dems made it to be. Liberals will do anything to stop the GOP. ANYTHING!

    Yes. He is 100% innocent. That's how it works in this country. A mere accusation isn't enough to presume a passion guilty of whatever they're accused of.

    Before you spout some bullshit about that being the standard for criminal proceedings, the presumption of innocence is part of every day life and one of the founding principles of this country. Even in civil proceedings, evidence is required to overcome the presumption of innocence. The standard to overcome it, in civil proceedings, is simply lower.

    There has been no credible evidence that the accusations against Justice Kavanaugh are true.

    The accusations against Kavanaugh fell apart under examination. His accusers should have been indicted for perjury, but then everyone knows that the US criminal justice system, like its politicians is 100% corrupt.
