    You ranted for several sentences.

It's no one except democrats. That implicates only democrats.
Even though the FBI is not a democrat party. The AG of NY is not a democrat party. The republicans that filed the petition to remove trump from ballots are not the democrat party.

The broad brush you use is all yours. And exposes the lies as a result.

So you're admitting you have no evidence to substantiate your false claim that @Condor060 claimed "ALL DEMOCRATS" did something "ALL THE TIME."

    Some grammar advice....

There's only one Democrat Party in the United States. So when someone uses the plural form of "Democrats" you can be sure they're talking about individuals. Now there are local entities who subscribe to the values and leadership of the larger party, but they're effectively members of the same party. But it's irrelevant because the post you cited does not talk about the Party directly, but rather individual actions by people associated with the party.

Also, plural nouns do not necessarily imply ALL of the nouns in existence. It just means more than one. For example, "Cars were lined up on the freeway stuck in traffic." It would be absurd to claim that every car in the world was stuck in traffic on a freeway all of the time. This is what you have done. It's absurd.

Also, the FBI is currently controlled by individuals of what political affiliation? It's okay to admit it. We already know the answer.

We aren't the ones taking a fairly basic post and using it to paint with a broad brush of including ALL members of the party, at all times.

I hope this grammar explainer helped.

Section 5 of the 14th amendment does and it applies directly to section three. Have a nice day. Feel free to live in your ignorance of the facts. I'm done here.

OK, anyone, and that includes our very own scholar @RWKindaguy, explain which statutes Congress has added to enforce Article 3 of the 14th Amendment, and show me the link between the statutes and Article 5 and 3.

Which part of I'm tired of feeding your ignorance of the facts is unclear. I'm done.

The fact that you can't is what's too taxing for you. Congress hasn't enacted anything to enforce Article 3. They are specifically authorized to do this, but haven't done so.

I challenge you to rebut this. You won't because you can't.

BTW, your "legal reasoning", well, isn't.

But, but, but it's different in Biden's case. He's apparently allowed to steal documents from the SCIF without criminal consequence.

So, you admit that Congress hasn't enacted anything to enforce the 14thA?

Where's any language linking the enactment of that statute to it? THERE ISN'T.

But the precursor which is virtually identical to 18 USC 2383 was adopted YEARS before the 14th Amendment. It was obviously not adopted in response to the 14th Amendment, which you cluelessly continue to claim.

And what language in the Amendment or ANY statute requires a conviction? I'll answer for you---There isn't any.

You don't know how to make these arguments. You have the timeframe all wrong.

The new excuse is, he gave them back so no crime was committed

    That's "new"?

Why did Trump lie about having them? Why did he hide them? Why did he order his lackeys to move them? Why did he instruct his lawyers to declare that he'd given them all back when he knew he hadn't?

Objectively speaking, Brandon is just as guilty as Trump.

    Yet, he faces no charges.

    This is banana republic nonsense.

Rubbish…! And you must know that’s a lie. After all, The Stain was NOT charged for the 90+ documents that he DID return when requested, just as Biden and Pence did when theirs were discovered…!

No, The Stain’s crime is that he retained them, he hid them and he obstructed attempts to recover them…

Biden wasn't president when he stole top secret documents from the SCIF.

Nothing you can post can cover up Biden steeling top secret documents as a senator from the SCIF.

Please try to focus. The Stain is NOT being charged with simply having taken those documents to an unapproved location. If that were the case, then you would be right (for once) and it would mean that he and Biden and Pence (and probably Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc, etc…) could face charges.

No, for the umpteenth time, he is being charged for wilfully retaining those documents, for hiding their existence and for actively obstructing authorities in their retrieval

Now, if you can show evidence of ANY of those others having done ANY of those three, I will join you in your calls for them to be charged.

But, as both you and I know, that isn’t the case, is it…?

And, as you have been told before, documents are typically made from paper, not steel

Learn to spell. It's "steal", not "steel".

And that's not what happened, my angry amigo.
