Thats the spirit, keep eating your own. I hear recent polling by the Democrats found that a cardboard cutout of Smokey the Bear polled 10 points higher than any preferred Republican candidate. Welcome to oblivion baby

way to choose the easy road answer instead of having to engage in the possibility that the GOP needs to self reflect on their increasing irrelevancy

    - - - Updated - - -

lol - the GOP failed to do the most important thing in human existence - EVOLVE !

    Increasing Irrelevancy? Thats funny...

Wouldnt it be super awesome if our government actually followed our laws and enforced them?

These are the type of responses you get when you point out that the GOP is slowly killing itself. If they refuse to accept it and want to stay in denial, they'll have nobody but themselves to blame when they are made completely irrelevant. I, for one, don't like the thought of the republican party failing that badly. It's important to have a relevant conservative argument involved in the decision making done by our elected officials. They just seem so incredibly butt-hurt by Obama, that they don't care though. It's like their past the point of showing restraint and are in full-time fear-mongering/temper tantrum/obstructionist/conspiracy theorist mode. Like I said, they don't seem to care one bit though.

I completely agree that the GOP is stale and has refused to evolve with American people. The democratic party has done a much better job of that.

weak sauce and old hat thinking has gotten you no where.
it's 2013, not 1953 - the social, outdated views on women, gays, minorities, and abortion that you on the far right keep clinging onto will end when your generation passes.
i love many concepts of fiscal conservatism, and even social aspects such as individual freedom and responsibility - it's just too bad you let sociopaths and idiots like Rush, Hannity, Coulter, Fox News, and Eric Cantor take over your party.

US Law is now described as "weak sauce"?

I and the rest of my Tea Party patriots are taking over our party.

Its time for progressive communists to quit crying, get a job, and become part of the solution.

Since Rush Limbaugh’s 1992 bestseller “The Way Things Ought to Be,” his conservative talk show politics have dominated G.O.P. presidential discourse — and the Republicans’ White House fortunes have plummeted. But when the mainstream media reigned supreme, between 1952 and 1988, Republicans won seven out of the 10 presidential elections.

I'll take what is irony for $400, Alex !

Both parties are doing their rich masters work, divide and conquer. If you have fallen in the trap of choosing sides, one party over the other, you have been successfully duped.

We as a nation are doomed by the way. :icon_jawdrop: Just keep voting the party line, and nothing will change.

Just so. The rise of the looters and moochers has been well catered to by the Dems. Ethnic balkinization is another Dem triumph. Now....if they could just get that race war started...

It was the Republican Party, in all of its "glory", that got Obama RE-ELECTED after 4 years of the worst economy in 50 years with 10% unemployment!

That kind of personal denial of just how badly the GOP stinks is a awesome thing.

The Tea Party is nothing but the last hope for a fading generation of older, white, scared, Americans who are going out kicking and screaming.

I agree that fiscal and social policies of the left will result in Detroit and I wish you morons on the far right would drop your idiotic views on gays, women, minorities, and abortion so your correct fiscal views would better our nation. Fiscal conservatism is the right way forward on most issues, but your primitive religious and social mindset has destroyed you.

No they didn't. They just increased dependency on Government and flooded the country with socialist Hispanics. What an accomplishment.

Rush Limbaugh said the same thing, even as he was spreading the poison.

He said that there is a "war going on within the Republican party"

And he prefers the people who are undermining that party.

Of course, he doesn't really care about the future of the GOP or even of the consevative "movement".

    He's a disc jockey.

He cares about how many listeners he has ,and his ad revenue.

    He knows his audience.

He knows the provencial nativism of red state America. And he knows the bigotry and ignorance of a big slice of his audience too.

When he tells then what they already believe, they think he's profound.

lol - Latinos were exploited for decades but you on the right didn't care as long as they kept their mouth shut and worked for $3/hr and no bath room breaks. But when all of a sudden the Latinos demanded to be treated fairly they became "socialists" and illegal aliens.

How messed up your thinking on the right is !
