Officer Wilson recounts struggle with Brown

So not one but two shots were fired as Brown went for Wilson's gun, one striking Brown in the arm as the forensics shows, Brown's blood on the gun, on an interior panel and on Wilson. Wilson was repeatedly hit and scratched. Forensics experts say evidence gathered at the scene supports Wilson's accounting of events. And of course the most spontaneous unbias'd witness supports Wilson's accounting.

Officials say that while the civil rights investigation continues there is no evidence Wilson violated Brown's civil rights.

Wilson was not required to testify before the grand jury but volunteered to do so, usually not the action of the guilty.

It is good to see actual facts published and not some nonsense by the race baiters.

 

His friend, Johnson's account of what happened doesn't even pass the smell test. He claims that Officer Wilson just drove up beside Brown and reached out of the car window, grabbing his arm and pulling him into towards the car. Yeah, right. Let's see now....how tall was Brown? How large was Brown? If I'm not mistaken, he was well over 6 ft. tall and weighed around 300 lbs. No way that a small officer like Wilson could reach out and pull him partially inside the car.

The more likely event is what the Officer told the Grand Jury: that he was opening his door when Brown slammed it back on the Officer, trapping him inside and reaching in toward the officer to try to get his gun......as Wilson was trying to pull his gun out of his holster on his right side. Two shots were fired, one hitting Brown in the arm and the other one missing. Brown's blood is inside the officers car on the inside of the door.....matches with the description of events provided by the Officer.

Once Brown did that....he had committed a felony. Had Brown surrendered to the Officer after that....as he was ordered to, he would have been handcuffed and arrested. Instead Brown made the stupid decision of lunging towards the officer.

Moral of the story is this: IF you have just committed a felony, and a Police Officer gives you an order.....you'd best do so, or else risk getting shot.

 

It's good to see the truth "getting respect". I hope the rioting from here on out doesn't warrant very much more bloodshed.

 

I don't think the protesters will accept this as fact.

They will claim a cover-up.

 

I said it before that he wasn't going to be charged and it looks like that that is coming true.

Well, some blacks have openly stated that if Ofc. Wilson is not charged with a crime he didn't commit, they would burn down their city.

More power to them.

 

They've had enough time to cover all of Wilson's crimes and to turn him into a saint. Just another case of cop thuggery.

You're full of crap. The evidence from autopsy to forensics all back up the police and not the thug that strong arm robbed a guy 15 minutes prior.

How far away from Brown and Wilson were you during the altercation? What did you see specifically?

 

It doesn't matter. He KNOWS that cop was just out to shoot him a colored man. That's what cops do. When they start their patrol, they take bets on who can shoot the most blacks. Ofc. Wilson won, thankfully he had an innocent 300lb monster slug him in the face. Winner!

All the evidence and forensics aside, it doesnt matter what the truth is. The left would frame their own mother's if it meant pushing their agenda.

 

When someone holds this kind of misguided opinion all objectivity goes out the window. This is the bottom line for those who support the race hustlers and the grievance industry. Truth be damned this is all about their idea of "justice".

 

Have you noticed that vague terms like "Justice" and "Freedom" are now used to herald any cause, no matter how seemingly stupid? To the point where neither Justice or Freedom is a philosophical pursuit but empty and hollow now.

 

The rioters will never accept anything short of a lynching....they have already made their own city a place no wants to go to or invest in. The city itself is going to die a slow death, and the people who have caused it have no way to repair it.

this sound more like what happened to me

&#8220;He just reached his arm out the window and grabbed my friend around his neck, and he was trying to choke my friend,&#8221; Mr. Johnson told reporters after the shooting. &#8220;He was trying to get away, and the officer then reached out and grabbed his arm to pull him inside the car.&#8221;

the officer felt the kid was gonna run, tried to grab him threw the window, the boy struggled to get away, the office grabbed for his gun in the panic of the moment, then shot

afterwards he tried to run, realizing he was bleeding too bad he was hurrying back to turn himself in, office wanted him to raise his arm, but he could not as was shot in the arm

officer then shot him dead.... the officers adrenalin was running at full blast at that point and he shot without really thinking

Arguing with a lynch mob is a waste of time. They hate and facts don't matter. In Sanford, Florida, did putting Zimmerman on trial satisfy the lynch mob? Of course, not. And, nothing will satisfy this lynch mob. If Officer Wilson were thrown to the rioters and ripped to pieces the lynch mob would simply say, "Next!"

 

That makes zero sense. Forensic evidence takes time. Again this isnt NCIS. Reality not TV..

Watching CNN right after the shooting and the night of protesting/looting i swear to you they did everything they could to link Martin to Brown even mentioning "Trayvon" more then discussing the details of this shooting as they came out.
