    Should we consider Russian posters of the PF and other boards all over web to be wealthy Russians? Hey, after all they have internet access, aren't they ;)?
    Joke aside, poverty is a relative, almost invisible thing because you'll turn a blind eye when passing those who live in trailers parks or under the bridge and type further here.
