    That's not how it works. You made the assertion, you prove it. Unless of course you can't and were just making things up as you go?

    In doing so, you only state the obvious, and do so soundly.

    Regardless of how you feel, and assuming no genetic abnormalities...
    XX = ladies room
    XY = men's room

    So basically you have a problem with the penis. What is it about a penis that makes you so uncomfortable?

    I don't have a problem with penises. I just don't want to use the bathroom with someone that has a penis.

    In a similar vein...
    What right does a man that identifies as a woman have to feel comfortable?
    What right does this person have to force others to be uncomfortable, so that he might not be?

    What is it that makes you so uncomfortable being in the bathroom with someone who has a penis?

    it is now because making it a policy you are inviting every pervert and pedophile to claim they are transsexual for the sole purpose of being allowed to use the opposite sex facilities like bathrooms changing rooms and locker rooms so to satisfy their perversion
    hell by making it a policy those perverts don't even need to attempt to resemble the opposite sex they just have to claim they are transsexual before it was policy transsexual had to resemble the opposite sex enough to be able to use the opposite sex bathroom with out being noticed they aren't that sex

    because behind that penis could be a pervert using the ploy of being transsexual for the sole purpose of being allowed in women's facilities to satisfy their perversion
    hell by making it policy those perverts don't even need to attempt to resemble the opposite sex just claim they are transsexual

    So then we don't make it policy and nothing changes. Ok?

    correct because by not making it policy to get away with using the opposite sex bathroom you have better resemble that sex enough to get away with it with out any one noticing
    it will stop the perverts from just claiming they are transsexual with no attempt to resemble the opposite sex to be allowed by law to enter womens facilities for the sole purpose to satisfy their perversions

    That's my point though - it was a non-issue until punditry got their hands on it.

    Because I am in a women's bathroom. Men are not supposed to come in here. Only women can.

    I would. and not just in the restroom. Somebody disturbed enough to have mutilated herself ought to creep you out too.

    You are making a proclamation without providing any rational necessity.

    I'll be honest with you. I recall being in the eighth grade. I went into the restroom. There was this gay guy just hanging around in there. He asked me "do you think its right to want someone to do you in the butt?" I'm serious. I really was not so comfortable with that. Should I say that gays should not be allowed in the men's room?

    There are a bunch of things that creep me out. People eating chittlins have always creeped me out. Should they not serve them in restaurants?

    But most of the time when gays are in a men's bathroom, you can't tell. Unless they start grabbing your penis or something, lol.

    '

    Like I said, in the eighth grade there was this gay guy hanging around in the restroom when I went in. He asked me if I thought it was ok for someone to want someone else to f*ck them in the a$$. That made me uncomfortable. Should I not want gays in the restroom as a result?

    Sometimes you can tell, and they are creepy when they come on to you like that.. Again, should I not want them in the restroom as a result?

    What you truly want is for gays not to harass, or bother you. It has nothing to do with their being in the same bathroom as you.

    I said someone who identifies as female, not someone with a penis. The specifics don’t really matter though. Some people might be uncomfortable sharing bathrooms with others on the basis of all sorts of characteristics, there’s nothing special about your particular objection. My point is that any individual objection or discomfort isn’t alone sufficient reason to change policy.

    You’re demanding that definitive outcome to avoid making you uncomfortable but you’re ignoring the possibility of that outcome making other people equally uncomfortable. I also suspect you’d be complaining if a convincing female-to-male transgender person walked in to the same bathroom as you.

    Basically you’re looking for an easy answer where no such thing exists. If it did this wouldn’t be such a long-running and fractious issue in the first place.

    No but you can probably ask that gays not harass normal people.

    What is normal these days is usually abnormal. I'll be honest with you, liberal ideology is dangerous in many ways.

    That said, you can ask someone who harasses you in the restroom not to do so.

    Never knew what chitlins were until I looked it up just now. Gross.

    Yes they should be banned. And are in fact banned in every restaurant I've ever been in. Have you ever actually seen it in a public restaurant?
