one last time : what is "woke" and why is it a bad thing?

Conservatives,by default, do not.
In time they do. As today's conservative is yesterday's liberal.

That's why women can vote and work outside the home.

 

When the rightist dislikes something, it's woke, crt, or racism.

 

It seems from many posts in the thread, either one is woke or bigoted.
But life is not binary.

 

Oh... I'm here because I just love to hear when people like you say I'm a "perfect".... something... What can I say!

 

I outgrew pseudo-intellectual nonsense after my second year of college. I do remember it WAS a lot of fun to debate topics like how many angels could dance on the head of a pin, though. But most of us have moved beyond that.

 

I am going to write on what "knowing" means [beyond the commonly held intellectual version]. Stay tuned...
